David Hendricks was our sales consultant. He reached out immediately after I contacted the dealership thru Car Pro. I have never owned a Subaru and he was willing to go over all the details of the vehicle. The next day my wife went with me to pick up the Forester and he took the time to go over everything again for her and answer her questions. My wife and I began the CarProUSA experience by contacting Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. We were immediately contacted by Hayden, the dealership's Internet Representative. She was most helpful in getting our appointment set. She was our contact when we went to the dealership, as well. Once there, we were greeted and the process began. She had two vehicles ready for us to test drive. Since the shortage of vehicles, we drove a pre-owned Outback and Ascent. We were most happy with the ride and the stability of the vehicles. We were mainly looking for my wife to trade her 2017 Ford Edge, that was purchased from Five Star Ford in Carrollton. So, we knew we would be treated well. I also wanted to see what I would be afforded in trading my 2019 Honda Pilot. We were most happy with both offers and we ordered a 2022 Outback Onyx and a 2022 Ascent Onyx from her before leaving Five Star. Hayden was a great help and she was most friendly and knowledgeable in taking us through the process. She was great to work with and once again it's great to deal with the Sam Pack family of dealerships.

Tony and his team at Five Star Subaru did a great job. In a time when new car inventory is difficult to come by, Tony's team not only got us the car we wanted but did so in a relatively short period of time and at a very reasonable price. Tony himself came out to spend some time with us and told us several fun stories about working with Jerry in the past; he made us feel like we were valued friends. We're happy to have worked with Tobias and and Tony and the Five Star Subaru crew, and we happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

Outstanding service. The CPO Outback we found online was already spoken for, but there was one we had missed that was actually EXACTLY what we were looking for. Darrell Cooper and Tony Hooman were responsive, friendly, no-pressure and got us a GREAT deal on a new-to-us Subaru Outback Touring. Given the chip shortage and the run-up in used car pricing, I wasn't sure now was a good time to shop. Working through CarProUSA with Five Star Subaru proved that concern was unfounded. So happy to have purchased our second Certified Pre-owned Subaru from Five Star. (And I can vouch the excellence of the dealership doesn't stop on the sales floor; we have two trips to service -- for routine maintenance -- and the excellence extends to service as well.)

Everyone I met at Subaru of Grapevine was very friendly and helpful. We were looking at a 2018 used Outback and they had it ready to look at when we arrived. Darrell could not have been more helpful. I did get a chance to meet Mr. Hooman and have a short chat with him. After signing all papers, Darrell said he wanted to keep the car overnight because it had a mark that needed to be painted. He informed us that he would deliver the Outback & pick up my trade-in on the next day. Both Judy and I were very happy.

Taylor as my salesperson contact, I can not say enough about all that she did in trying to get this deal done. Jerry as you know I volunteer to be a liaison to help others find the right car. What I found at SP Subaru was what we were looking for and set an appointment, this was for my Brother in law and Sister in law and they live in Granbury so appointment was set for Saturday. Then found more vehicle for almost same money at SP Ford NRH. Beautiful Edge SEL got to NRH and found an Escape Titanium also and bought both. Left Taylor at Subaru with no deal and she went way above any expectation and got no dollars, I hate this and owe her a deal. I would highly recommend dealing with SP Subaru and especially Taylor.

Darrell was simply awesome. Handled everything via text so we were in and out in two hours. Anthony in the finance office was quick and made sure we had what we wanted and needed. We will likely be in the market for another new car in 6-12 months and if the service department is as good as the Sales and Finance office, we won't hesitate to buy another car from Five Star Subaru.

Looking for a small to mid size with better vision and safety features and considered several models- Toyota, Honda, Mazda, and Subaru Forester. Subaru grapevine was great to work with, very accommodating by allowing us to test drive for 1/2 day so my wife could check out the safety features visibility in different traffic settings. My wife needed a new vehicle and the Ascent was it. From first contact thru delivery the experience was ENJOYABLE! How often can you say THAT about purchasing a car? Tony, Joey, Jeff, and Brian made the process very simple and efficient. Our Ascent arrived ahead of schedule and was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership, just after they unlocked the doors for business! Joey gave me two orientations before leaving...to be sure everything was working properly and that I had a good understanding of the features. Tony was very friendly and professional, made me feel at home. Paperwork with Brian took less time than processing the electronic paper work with my credit union. Again, friendly and professional and genuinely interested in being sure I understood everything. I hope I have the opportunity to buy from this dealership again! Thanks guys! The level of courtesy and professionalism was outstanding. My Fiance and I went in to purchase a new vehicle for her and the process couldn't have been easier. They directed all of their questions to her instead of me which really made an impact on her. They didn't treat her like she was a helpless woman and instead treated her like a normal human being. They also were very competitive and fair on the pricing. They heard all our concerns and worked with us to meet our pricing expectations. The folks were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going through Sam Pack's Five Star Subaru of Grapevine the next time you are in the market for a new/used Subaru.

I got an almost immediate phone call from John Michael and he not only walked me through the car I was looking at but also walked me through other cars in their inventory that might be a better fit. He also shared his personal experiences, videos, and opinions on the Subaru line and the cars I was interested in. Incredibly informative and helped me decide exactly which car I wanted. I made an appointment for the weekend knowing John had a personal day the next day. I got worried someone else would take the car and made the choice to come in the next day. Casey grabbed the keys and got me assigned to Jordan who was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. Jordan took me on a test drive and walked me through all of the paperwork before handing me to Derek for the financials. He and Derek walked me through the whole process in 2.5 hours. The entire team made my experience a breeze. By far the most efficient and friendly car buying experience I've ever had.
The only negative points I could give are I wasn't too happy that I got solicited electronically after the purchase to buy car insurance when I had shown I was already covered and very pleased with my insurance through USAA during the purchasing process. This is a minor quibble of course.
The only other quibble is that I had thought that going through CarPro (recommended by my family member who also went through CarPro) might create a discount or some advantage. The process was certainly smooth, the hurdles small, and the people excellent. I definitely believe I got value for my money. But the price of the car was the price of the car (reasonable). But I had a small expectation that coming through CarPro would provide more of a VIP experience. It felt as though I got what this dealership does everyday; an excellent and smooth experience with very little hassle with very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff and a curated selection of cars at reasonable prices.
The above should not imply that I am unhappy at all. Overall I would work with this dealership again for the rest of my family cars.

The salesperson (Jaylon Johnson) was outstanding. He took videos of the vehicles my sister-in-law was considering and sent these to her before we visited the dealership the next day. Not impressed by first sales consultant and handed off to Lauren who handled rest of transaction. Liked her much better. 5 star was able to beat another non-carpro dealer by little and got me out of Lexus RX 350 lease 30 days early at lease residual. Had priced Lexus lease return at CarMax and Carvana so got at fair price on leased SUV but unfortunately no equity, but no worries about excess wear and tear either. Did meet Tony Hooman and he was helpfull as well.

I contacted the dealership by phone prior to visiting, thus the reason for not "presenting" the VIP pass. The fine folks at 5 Star Subaru are just outstanding! I mean everyone of them from Jeremy ( salesman), to David (GM) and all in between. So, normally when I get to finance, that is where the pressure begins...not a bit...Kareem offered me options but never pressured me into anything! Just a great experience all the way around. We live 2 hours away from this dealership, yet we plan to take our Ascent to them for service. Just super great folds! Tom F.

This has been the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone there was polite, answered every question I had, and never had us wait any unreasonable amount of time. We even had the General Manager come down and greet us while waiting for some of the paperwork to process. All the small things they did added up, AND they gave a great price on the car I purchased.

It took a while for us to arrange picking up the vehicle because of my bank and me coming all the way from Bullard, TX (Tyler) after being in West Virginia all week. But none of that was the fault of Sam Packs Subaru. The experience was great and they made every effort to have a shiny-clean Ascent waiting for me even though it was raining when i picked it up on 3-23-19. They do a good job of explaining all the features and would have another learning session in a couple of weeks, but I live too far away. Did a good job of installing side molding and trailer hitch as well.<br><br>Since I was not financing, they trotted out a guy to strong-arm me on buying an extended warranty. Started out $1299 for wheel and tire, and something like $1500 for 6 year- 100,000 mile Extended Warranty. Ended up $1450 for both together. So, they still try to get some profit out of you when they can. But overall, a great experience! I did buy the warranty.

I told Joey by phone Friday what we wanted (will be my wife's car) and he had it ready and waiting ready to go when we arrived Saturday -- very busy day for them but we were still driving away in just over two hours . Wery cheerful happy dealership from the GM to the receptionist!

The level of courtesy and professionalism was outstanding. My Fiancee and I went in to purchase a new vehicle for her and the process couldn't have been easier. They directed all of their questions to her instead of me which really made an impact on her. They didn't treat her like she was a helpless woman and instead treated her like a normal human being. They also were very competitive and fair on the pricing. They heard all our concerns and worked with us to meet our pricing expectations. The folks were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going through Sam Pack's Five Star Subaru of Grapevine the next time you are in the market for a new/used Subaru.

Our Carpro was very helpful. Attentive to what we were looking for. We had setup an appointment before coming. Sometimes a bit too "chatty" but in a good way. Not pushy. John Mosqueda was our sales rep..
Our finance manager was Kenny Wilder. Very helpful
and did not 'oversell' the services offered. Smooth process.
Had one issue with 'pre-certified' car.
The washer fluid and tire pressure were
not as should be when I checked the car
when test driving. Little issues, but these
should have been addressed prior to test drive.
I did let John know and these were taken care of.
We would recommend using these guys again.

We just had an excellent experience with Rikko Depasquale at Five Star Subaru. Rikko was professional and courteous during the entire process and we ended up purchasing a vehicle during our visit. This is the 3rd Subaru we have purchased from Five Star and are always impressed by the low pressure, friendly experience. Pleae note, I need to answer if we "purchased a vehicle with this carpro" but the question refers to Tony Hooman (instead of Rikko) so I am going to have to say "No" because Jerry is emphatic that he recommends "people" and not "dealerships", even though we DID purchase a vehicle from Rikko/Five Star Subaru. We still had a great experience.

I have used the CarPro several times in the past, 2nd time with this dealer. Using the Car Finder app I located the 2015 Colorado Z71 that had just arrived. I immediately submitted a query to them. Jordan immediately contacted me and through a few phone calls I put a deposit down and scheduled an appointment for the next day, today. The dealer process was easy....my pre-approved mobile bank, not so much. As usual, 5Star Subaru is great to work with!

It was a truly enjoyable experience. Spencer was knowledgeable and helpful, without any pressure. The service and experience were excellent. I was helping a friend find a car. My question is how to we get a dealer to hold a car. We were from Abilene and wanted to test drive 2 cars. One was already sold and the other almost was sold. It would have been disappointing to try to find another car since she wanted to pay cash and had limited funds and wanted a specific brand of car.

Comments: Tony Hooman referred us to Joey Edwards. Joey spent the afternoon with us and answered all of our questions about the Forester vs. Outback. We eventually decided on the Outback and literally bought it off the showroom floor. Joey was exceptionally thorough and patient and did not pressure us in any way. We were treated like VIPs and I feel like we got a very good deal on a vehicle that is in great demand and we are extremely pleased. We drove a little farther than we had to based on Jerry Reynolds recommendation and we are glad we did. Joey isclearly a Subaru guru and took great care of us. I would recommend Five Star Subaru and Joey and Tony without any hesitation or reservation. These guys are first class professionals. I also appreciate the Car Pro process and VIP treatment - it really works.

Comments: My wife needed a new vehicle and the Ascent was it. From first contact thru delivery the experience was ENJOYABLE! How often can you say THAT about purchasing a car? Tony, Joey, Jeff, and Brian made the process very simple and efficient. Our Ascent arrived ahead of schedule and was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership, just after they unlocked the doors for business! Joey gave me two orientations before leaving...to be sure everything was working properly and that I had a good understanding of the features. Tony was very friendly and professional, made me feel at home. Paperwork with Brian took less time than processing the electronic paper work with my credit union. Again, friendly and professional and genuinely interested in being sure I understood everything. I hope I have the opportunity to buy from this dealership again! Thanks guys!
