Kevin Jackson and Xavier Luehr were excellent people to deal with at Toyota of Katy. Both responded quickly following my initial submission of the CarPro form. My wife and I went down to the dealership this morning and left at 1230 after completing the deal and all the paperwork for our new Highlander.
