I received an email from The owner within 15 min of my request, Johnnie, the car pro rep phoned me we worked out the cars I would like to see, worked out pricing, Johnnie meet me at the door, Rachael came to say hi, we test drove the car, loved it, did the paper work and out the door in no time. Great people, best car buying experience I've ever had at Elk Grove Ford.

Jeff Allen’s professionalism and accommodating approach was evident from our first encounter, and he made our car buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Jeff is not only a great CarPro manager and sales associate, but he is also a super friendly and awesome person that we enjoyed talking to, and yes he did go above and beyond from the start of our test drive to the final delivery and pickup of our vehicle. Jeff stayed late that evening and traveled to another dealership some distance away to pickup our Subaru and drive it back to his dealership. Jeff is amazing, and I highly recommend him at City Limits Subaru if you are looking to purchase a Subaru in the Austin and Buda area.

Brandon Nichols on Clyde's team was very helpful. He was responsive,  knowledgeable and made the car buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Marcus in the finance dept was also very helpful and personable.

Ray and Sonny at Honda World of Westminster were the absolute best and I can't even describe how much they treated me like I was important to them. Class acts and I can't thank them or appreciate them enough.

Ian Jackson was the car pro professional and great to work with today. He explained everything about the car and each step of the buying process. Everyone at Lone Star Chevrolet was friendly, polite and professional. I hope you mention them on the radio.

Mike at Red McCombs Toyota provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the leasing process. Mike took the time to explain the Tech in the vehicle before I left the dealership. Seamless and stress-free!! Thanks Mike

I learned about Fred and Lexus Clear Lake through CarPro.com. I am a busy mom and business owner and I am not a car expert so I had been dreading the car replacement process. I narrowed my car search to the Lexus TX 350 or the Toyota Grand Highlander. After speaking with Fred on the phone at length I decided to make the drive down here all the way from Conroe. I can honestly say that every aspect of dealing with this dealership was pleasant from the cleanliness to the good coffee to the seamless process of purchasing the car. Fred made the whole process clear and I never felt stressed or pressured. I even enjoyed the finance department which is saying a lot!
