Donnie was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer we looked at and took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle. We went on a nice test drive that included the highway so I could see how the car performed at higher speeds. It was by far one of the best experiences at a dealership!

Donnie - You did an awesome job Sir! My 70 yr old mother was looking to by a new 2018 Ford Escape that she plans on owning indefinitely. She had been working online with another dealership when I told her to let me contact one of Jerry Reynold's recommended Ford dealers. I emailed, then spoke to Donnie over the phone to work out a deal on Thursday. On Saturday I drove Mom 2 hrs in to pick up the Escape. Donnie took the time to explain "everything" about the vehicle so much I was impressed by this little SUV. About an 1 1/2 hour later she was out the door with a new Ford Escape SE. Oh, did I mention Donnie saved her $1200 over the other dealer!

This is my fourth vehicle purchase with CarPro, and will no doubt not be my last. The only issue I have with this instance of using CarPro, is that within 15 minutes of submitting my initial inquiry for 5-Star Ford Dallas, I errantly started receiving emails from multiple car dealerships in St. Louis, Missouri regarding a different vehicle.

Donnie Harmdierks was excellent. He did not have what we were looking for. However, a special order arrived and the buyer could not finalize the purchase. Donnie contacted me, held the pickup until I could contact our Oklahoma ranch. Unfortunately, the ranch chose not to purchase the pickup and to wait. He tried to accommodate the need in a professional manner.

Tyrone Burks at Five Star Ford is a wonderful guy who is quite knowledgeable about the Ford product I wanted to buy. The only knock I have is that Ford was not willing to negotiate more on the price of the 2024 F-150 Lariat that I bought. Nevertheless, I am a very satisfied customer.

Donnie Harmdierks was great! I ordered a maverick, Donnie kept me informed on the production, and called when the vehicle arrived at the dealership. When delivered, the MSRP was higher than the ordered price. Donnie honored the ordered price - I received the maverick for LESS than MSRP!! Unheard of these days. Where was Donnie when I purchased my last vehicle. I will definitely recommend Donnie and will buy another vehicle from him!

I know he had little room to do anything on price because on a Ford super duty in today’s market ya just don’t have to. Going to finance on the other hand, I have had better experiences. I found Five Star Ford of Dallas a superior car dealership. Donnie Harmdierks is an excellent salesman and speaks with authority. I am from outside the DFW area and was looking to order a 2022 Expedition using the Ford Motor "Z" plan for retired employees. Donnie and Five Star Ford were the only dealership between Dallas and Shreveport to honor the Z plan as long as I ordered the vehicle. That was not a problem as that was what I planned to do all along. Donnie and Five Star Ford maintained their reputation as a Top Quality CarPro dealership by not trying to price gouge me by charging $10K - $15K over MSRP for a hard to get New Vehicle. Wow imagine that, a Dealership and CarPro salesman with Honor(What it's supposed to be). I will recommend all my Friends and acquaintances looking to buy a new Ford contact Donnie Harmdierks at Five Star Ford of Dallas.

Wonderful experience with Donny and the team at Five Star Ford in Plano. He responded quickly to our email questions, had the vehicles we'd requested to see ready to go right on time, and graciously handled the flow of our purchase smoothly and efficiently. We even had a little wrinkle proving a qualification for one of the rebates Ford was offering at the time, and Donny and the team worked it out, saving us more money in the process. We have a friend running a dealership in Utah and got a better price on our car in Plano that he could arrange for us. Very pleased overall.
