From the beginning, Osmar, Rachel and Roxanne were very responsive to my questions. The car I purchased was not on their lot initially, but they found the one I wanted the SAME DAY and I took delivery the following morning. In customary Sewell fashion, the transaction was seamless.

We contacted Roxanne Morrison and set up an appointment for the next day to checkout the QX60. Had a short meeting with Roxanne and she handed us off to Jaden. She was very knowledgeable with a great personality, was able to answer all our questions. In total we were at the dealership about 1 hr, found what we wanted at an acceptable price.

I found the car by searching 3 different car websites including Carpro. I contacted this dealership through the CarPro site on May 22 2023. Roxanne Morrison was at a Automotive GM conference therefore I was contacted by Jaden Charbonnet. I set up an appointment to look and test drive the Pre-owned Ford Edge Titanium. My wife was teaching her last week of class therefore she drove the car Memorial Day weekend. Jaden sent me all of the information about the car including the orginal Ford brochures. I was very impressed. While waiting for the weekend test drive for my wife, I received an email from GM Roxanne. After our Saturday test drive I sat down with Jaden and Ashley (Finance Mgr) to look at numbers. Had to wait the following Tuesday for banks to open to fund and by less than a week we took ownership of our preowned Ford sold by Sewell Infiniti Fort Worth Texas. Everyone we met was very professional but genuinely nice and welcoming. On May 30 2023 we signed papers and picked up the SUV and met Roxanne Morrison for the first time. She told me if I needed anything to call or email her. Fast forward to 3 days. Our preowned Ford is having a digital screen issue so this week Sewell Infiniti is going to address the issue and is giving us a loaner. I am very happy and pleased with this Carpro dealership and their outstanding customer service.

They were both very helpful and accommodating to my wife and I. We were given an overnight test drive of the Q60 and thoroughly enjoyed the vehicle.
