Shawn Boaz was excellent at communicating with me. I bought the car sight unseen and only went to the dealership once I was ready to sign. I did the entire deal via email and text. The game, however, was the same as any dealer I’ve worked with before. I ask for a bottom line price and it took several back and forth before I got a reasonable price. Carpet or not, they all play “the car buying game” It really irritates me.

The Metro Mazda team Shawn set up was extremely helpful. They found a car for our daughter in Terrell and worked a deal went to get it as she finished the paperwork and then they delivered it to us at the house last evening.

I was called within minutes of submitting my request. Earl called and when I stated I would be there Monday he said why wait I can deliver today. The whole process from first call to car delivery in my driveway took 4 hours.
