Excellent response time to my first text - even though it was on a Sunday. Daniel helped with decisions, finding a better car at a better price. He LISTENED to me and heard me. Great follow up, Most importantly, he respected me as a female, unlike the salesman who sold us the trade-in 13 years earlier (not thru CarPro)
