This car buying experience was absolutely wonderful. I contacted the Car Pro about my interest in a Chevrolet. Within 10 minutes I received a call from the Sales Manager Peter Reese personally who gave me all the details of my requested vehicle as well as another one that was in transit (and gave us the lowest price vs. 3 other dealers we shopped). Within an hour the sales associate he assigned to us had the vehicle detailed and waiting for us to drive up to sign papers (we live 40 mins away). Reddy S greeted us at the front door and got us started on a credit app, then while that was reviewed in Finance, Reddy walked us through all the features of our new vehicle, all the tech, warranties and service options. Reddy even setup our phones to access the app to unlock the car and monitor its diagnostics. Then within 30 minutes the Finance associate had our financing all ready and found a better, lower rate offer than we brought in from our credit union. We were back home in our spotlessly detailed, "connected" brand new vehicle with 3 hours of the 1st phone call. Every car buying experience should be this efficient, honest, upfront and a no games process like this was. Thank you for making the car buying experience so wonderful!

I am working with Michael Gordon. I ordered the car and put down a deposit so I could get into to ordering que. It’s a 14-16 month total process. The good news is I am paying MSRP which most dealerships are charging over MSRP. My experience to date is very positive, I built the car and Michael gave me good advice to add one additional option that did make a big difference in the look of the car.

The salesman contacted me asking what I wanted and I told him a white Traverse with a solid color interior and listed the power things I wanted. He called back asking if a red car would work! No! He never called, texted or wrote back. So I called James Woods in Decatur and bought a white Traverse RS with a black interior the next day.

I inquired about a new Malibu RS and the dealer incentives advertised. They emailed back and said they have none in stock. I guess it easy to advertised Malibu RS for $21,800 +/- when they are all in transit. Disappointing

I was helping my wife's aunt and uncle to find a vehicle. Contacted Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine through the Carpro.com, which I have bought my last 4 vehicles through. Eric the Sales Manager contacted me and put us with Chris Onorato. He was great! He listened to their needs and found the perfect suv that fit everything they were looking for. From price to functionality. Chris had everything setup over the phone to where all we had to do was drive in from Tyler, test drive and do the paperwork. Michael in finance also took great care of them, making sure they had warranty and GAP on the vehicle, all in their budget. This gave them a peace of mind on the purchase. I will keep recommending Carpro to friends and family. Also, Classic Chevrolet as the go to Chevrolet dealership. I can not brag about the experience enough.

Mixed experience. Got the CarPro priority pass, filled out the information form of what I wanted - Z71 Colorado crew cab 4WD with trailer package and integrated trailer brake controller. Based on my contact information provided through CarPro, I was expecting a call, text, or e-mail from Mr. Jimenez or his assigned agent. Instead, I was contacted by a salesman from Classic who seemed not to know much about the Colorado. I had specifically requested the Z71 trim line, but what he sent was either not equipped as requested, already sold, or the LT trim line. He explained that he sent me the LT vehicles because the Z71 is actually an LT and that any LT can be turned into a Z71 just by adding available options. (Yes, he really said that). That confirmed my suspicion that I was working with an inexperienced salesperson and not someone assigned by Mr. Jimenez. Based on standard equipment lists from LT and Z71 window stickers, I cited many differences between the trim lines to the salesman that could not be bridged by selecting available options. He said his manager, Mr. Austin Arledge, was going to help him find a vehicle for me. I then contacted Mr. Arledge directly and my experience with Classic improved significantly. He and Mr. Austin Vannaken were very responsive and did their best to find something in-transit or on-order that would work for me, but no success. I eventually ordered the 2022 model Z71 Colorado with the desired equipment. Classic's best guess on delivery was 4 months after order acceptance by the manufacturer. (Unfortunately, over a week later, the factory still has not accepted the order). That puts me near the order date for new 2023's. I have been assured that my deposit on the 2022 may be transferred to a 2023 if that's what I decide. (Not enough information on the 2023 Colorado is available to make that decision at this time). In summary, my CarPro experience at Classic started on an unexpected and sour note, improved significantly when I got to the right persons, and the ending remains unknown. Something at the beginning of the CarPro process did not work correctly. Hoping for the best outcome.

I did not meet with Dorian. Another salesman called me and I found out that the Traverse I was interested in has the idiotic start/stop system that I cannot turn off. I will NOT buy any car with start/stop that I cannot turn off.

Made some new friends while experiencing no high pressure sales pitches. But lots of information and questions about my likes and dislikes. Then viewing inventory that fit my interest and explained the feathers of each. Very patient while I compared price for different models until I could narrow down to a final choice. Dorian and Doug where exceptional at assisting us in the purchase of a new vehicle. I would tell anyone it is worth the drive to do business with classic Chevy in Grapevine, no matter the distance. They saved my wife and I so much on our purchase that we STILL can't hardly believe it. When I arrived at the dealership the car was already prepared for delivery to us so we didn't have to wait for anything. 😃 👍👍

Trying to get the car through financing took over two hours, not due Richie, he was fantastic, he just didn't have any other help present. As soon as I printed out the VIP pass the general manager called, I believe his name was Dorian. He was very cordial and I believe must have given my inquiry to Kevin. Kevin called, we made an appointment and made the deal. I assumed he knew I was a CarPro listener and didn't ask for the VIP pass nor did I bring it up.

Robert texted me right away 8/10 but I had to think it over. I didn't mention the VIP and apparently waited too long<br>since I saw on Google that 2021 Corvette's were sold out. I texted Robert but didn't get a reply. Later, Lauren texted me and asked if my questions had been anwered. I replied no then she answered the questions of availability saying that I'd be looking at a 2022. I said the wait on the 2021 was a minimum of 12 months and would be double for a 2022. She replied they don't know the 2021 Corvette allocation yet and "anything could happen" and people could drop off the list.

I have done business with Classic in the past, and Dorian and Sarge were great to work with. Got a great trade-in offer on my truck, but still a little too far apart on the 2020 Silverado for my comfort. That said, the guys at Classic are great, couldn't ask for a better experience.

We made an appt withCar Pro Reddy at Classic and told him advance what Vehicles we were considering and what features we wanted. When we entered the Dealership, we were greeted with big smile. We exchanged a few pleasantries and Reddy went over our desires and we walked outside the door and we saw the 2 vehicles with most features we wanted. After reviewing each vehicle , we chose the Chev Tahoe Z71 but we decided to order to get all of our desired features. We ordered the exact vehicle at a reduced price and we were headed out of the dealership within a hour and a half. Great Experience

Thank you for referring me to Classic Chevrolet. Buying my new Colorado was a wonderful experience. My sales consultant Michael Allen did a good job. He was patient with showing me a lot of different truck and he answered A LOT of questions for me. No pressure at all. Chrissy Medford in Finance was wonderful to work with. She was very patient and explained my choices in plain, easy to understand language giving me the advantages and disadvantages of each choice. Again, there was no pressure, just information. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased through the Car Pro Network and it will not be the last.

Why run an ad on a pre-sold truck 3. Could not meet price on another similar truck, so it seemed somewhat like a bait and switch type thing 3. My initial contact was with Dorian and he put me in contact with Juan Tapia. Classic had the exact 2014 Corvette advertised I was looking for. Juan was great to work with. Transaction was relatively painless. However, although the new vehicle was pretty much a set price, they weren't interested in giving me what I thought was a fair price for my trade in. We ended up settling on a deal but were around $1500 apart after a couple of days of lengthy discussions.<br><br>This was the GM Friends and Family final weekend deal. So, they were set in stone that it was a take it or leave it sort of a deal. Had I not really liked the vehicle, I probably would have gone somewhere else.

These guys were just superb! We met Dorian, who was great, as were Peter Reese and Ritchie Lopez. But the star of our show was Troy Scott, our salesman. Troy was awesome. Friendly, kind, conscientious to a fault, and extremely professional. We had the strong sense throughout that he wanted to help us find the right vehicle more than we just wanted to sell us a car. I don't know how we could have been more pleased with the whole transaction. When we're ready for our next purchase, we'll definitely be back to see Troy!

Don’t think I actually worked with a car pro. I received a generated email from the car pro that stated I would be contacted shortly. Never did get a call, so I called the dealership and asked for the car pro. They stated he was out sick and transferred me to an internet sales person. He had no idea of your show or the car pro vip. That said the salesperson was kind, considerate and mostly knowledgeable. I can’t say that I received exceptional treatment, but it was adequate and was the best car buying experience that I have had. (Have only bought 4 new vehicles before) The process was faster than I expected. No special deals or nothing thrown in. MSRP was the cost and they didn’t seem to care if I purchased or not because they knew the vehicle would sell quickly if I decided to walk. So all in all, not vip treatment but definitely acceptable.

Dorian, i came to visit my sales gal. She was not there. I did have another sales guy try diligently (drove me around entire dealership) to find me a truck that met your high country adds-no trucks to sell. I left. Sales guy called me back after finding truck. I test drove but black only available. Salesman then could not find the truck on his system so we talked in general about the black truck and other LTs without incentives. In mean time a second sales gal valued my trade at $4000 below a very similar offer from Ford. I left and git a call in my car up-ing the trade offer by $3000 and a promise to find other high country trucks in other than black. Have heard nothing since.

I never heard from Dorian Jimenez. I did receive a phone call from Erika which is in the outside sales in the fleet management side. I was a little disappointed that she could not answer some of my questions about the truck. But she did refer me to another sales manager to answer my questions. I thought it was a little strange to be dealing with a fleet sales representative. I did get everything worked out and ordered a truck. Thanks for the information.

I was looking for a slight upgrade in engine size and towing capacity in a slightly used vehicle after my truck was stolen. Rodney understood what I was looking for and there were only a couple that would work. He encouraged me to take one home to be sure that it would fit in my garage, since the newer trucks are slightly longer. It worked and we quickly agreed on a price and the deal was done. He and Derek Tidwell (the Finance Manager) made the process easy and were quite pleasant to work with. They did not try to push me in any direction that I did not wish to go and were very complimentary of Jerry Reynolds and the CarPro process. I had asked Jerry for some advice about towing and after my truck was stolen and his advice was spot on and his advice on working with the insurance company to settle the claim proved to be quite helpful. I am very happy with my new truck and Classic Chevrolet is a great place for pre-owned vehicles

I've dealt with Classic for years. This time, they just didn't have any 2500 HD Diesels in the LTZ or High Country so we were going to have to order one. We decided we would wait until there is a situation where they have more trucks than they can sell so we can get a better deal, and not have to wait 4 to 8 weeks for a new tuck.

He was very patient with my 4 kiddos as my wife and I took turns driving different vehicle<br>Candace Timmons in finance was also a pleasure to work with as she moved us through the paperwork quickly and provided the information I needed on all the optional warranties.<br>After I purchased the used vehicle we discovered 3 issues that the service team promptly addressed at no cost to me. Mr. Pickle quickly got my car in and and provided me a loaner. He kept me updated on the progress and quickly returned my calls. He delivered the vehicle when promised. I will certainly use his team for service in the future.
