This was my 2nd purchase through the CarPro program. The process works if you follow the steps! My husband and I emailed the listed contact (General Manager Eric Bryant) from the website and scheduled a test drive. Sales manager Zach Walston and sales lady Angelina Herron took good care of us, and GM Eric stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we receive the CarPro VIP treatment. During the test drive we noticed a small part that needed replaced but the service department was already closed. No problem. Sales manager Zach scheduled to have the Jeep picked up from our home to save us the 100 mile round trip to the dealership. They dropped off a loaner car and our lovely sales lady Angelina herself delivered the Jeep two days later. The pricing was very fair and they offered more for our trade in than the big box car sale stores.
