I used the system as designed and submitted my interests in a specific vehicle, a Sierra 1500 Duramax AT4. I didn't hear back so I called the number supplied and the Car Pro rep was very polite but my request didn't show up in his inbox. He had a vehicle but we found the same vehicle at a comparable price with a good trade in value approaching the Give me the vin $$. I love the show but maybe since it was the day before New Year's Eve with a lot of dealer traffic or the portal needs some help

They called me and told me that they had a truck that I would like. I did like the truck. But I told them that I had a 80,000 budget. They wouldn’t give me a price on the phone but to come to the dealership and they would work with me. They priced the truck 3000 over my budget and wouldn’t come down any. It made me and my wife mad because they never ment to meet my budget

Brian is top notch. We did everything over the phone, Mike delivered the vehicle took the trade back with him. Couldn't have been any easier. Makes buying a car fun. No back and forth wondering if you are getting a good deal or not. They love CarPro buyers. I will keep them on top of my list when I get ready for my next purchase. Thanks Brian and thank you Jerry for the outstanding service you provide in making the buying process painless. This was number 9 I think.

I set up an appointment to see a truck. When I got there they told me the truck had been delayed. They contacted me a few days later and told me it was in. I made an appointment to come test drive and purchase the truck. The next day they told me the truck had been sent to another dealer and I couldn't buy it. I live over an hour from the dealership and was not able to come on a Monday night. I made arrangements to go and purchase the truck with the salesman but that didn't matter. The dealership still sent the truck to another dealer. I will not be using this service again. I wasted a lot of my time and I didnt get the truck I wanted.

Excellent dealer just did not have what I was looking to purchase as the 2023's were gone and the 2024 that had arrived was equipped with more than and I anted and drove the price up above my budget. I sure wanted to ba able to make a deal work with classic of cleburne

An excellent experience all around. Our sales rep, Issac Lopez, was great. Also, "shout out" to Juan who made the paperwork seem like a breeze. Finally, we enjoyed meeting Mike and Nancy Zorn, the owners. The facility itself is very nice - clean, modern, with a lot of vehicles, and not just GM. Moreover, it is easy to get to - being located on the north-bound frontage road of Rt 67 in northwest Cleburne, near the Fitzpatrick exit. I plan to buy my next vehicle from this dealership. Really, that says it all!

Everyone at Classic of Cleburne went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were happy to answer all of my questions. I test drove a GMC Canyon and an Acadia. The Canyon I drove home and brought back to the dealership the next day. I drove the Acadia home on Friday and bought it when I returned to the dealer with my wife the following Monday. I know that I am not am easy customer to deal with because there is so much about buying a car and I always felt taken advantage of when I drove my new car out of the dealer's lot. Finally, that cycle has been broken and I know what a good experience looks like. Even if you never considered buying a Chevy, Buick or GMC go to Classic of Cleburne and see what they can do for you. Jerry Reynolds, thanks you for helping me get the right car, good price and receiving exceptional treatment.

He stayed in contact with me and let me know the status of the truck as it went through the CPO process and our eventual meeting to purchase the truck. Bill applied no pressure and introduced me to several others at the dealership, all we're extremely friendly and courteous. Pete in finance was great, too. Great dealership!
