My CarPro experience at Mercedes Benz of Grapevine was superb. Matt McPherson and his team of Alex and Ricky worked out a superb deal involving a trade in of our vehicle towards a new Mercedes. Alex answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and respectful. I believe that it was the thoughtful and kind treatment which we have ever received in a car buying experience of maybe at least 50 purchases over the many decades of buying cars. Never heard from Matt McPherson. Someone finally called after 1 1/2 days of sending inquiry. He never heard of Jerry Reynolds. Missed the car we were looking at, sold car buying now is very hard unless you have unlimited funds

I contacted Park Place to get information on how the internet shopping experience works through the CarPro. I made it clear that I was just window shopping Joe promptly emailed me, providing the requested information. <br><br>Low probability that I will buy soon, since my wife needs the next vehicle. But I will keep Park Place in mind, as long as they're CarPro affiliated.

Grant let me drive the car to my home twice to be sure I liked it. Even offered to let me keep overnight. Gave me a great trade and very good price under sticker. Then the car and all paperwork was delivered to my home and all features of the car were explained and set up. Even my garage door was set.

Great experience ! Traded my 2020 GLE350 for 2022 E350. Dylan Thompson was my salesman and what a super young man to work with - very personal and knowledgeable. I told him which car I was looking at on their web-site and we wrapped it up last night. Their process is fast and streamlined it saved a ton of time and was very easy. Dylan offered to bring everything to me but I wanted to check out their dealership I've bought MB vehicles from other dealers in the DFW area over the years and this was the best MB experience and it was all Dylan. Zach was prompt to connect with me after I gave him photo of the exact model I was looking for. However, he sent me a listing of there same model go completely different color combinations. I told him I really wanted the blk/tobacco color combo. He said he would get his "team" on the lookout. In the meantime I made an offer on the car which was the photo I sent him. That car is in Illinois from Knauz Mercedes-Benz, a dealer in the next town where I grew up. Kanuz has been in business for over 60 years and I knew one of the owners sons, so I felt the trust factor was huge. I'm still waiting for a repose to my offer from Kanauz. I'd rather buy locally, but it seems the model, mileage, year I'm looking for is scarce at least for now.

I want to thank you for sending us to Park Place in Grapevine. Matt McPherson was very responsive back in December and immediately offered us 6% off of list for our custom factory order. He then put us in touch with Corey Bedford (Commercial Fleet Manager) who helped us finalize our build. Mercedes was capping factory orders due to some capacity issues in their South Carolina plant, however Corey secured us a spot right away. Our order was placed with no down payment, which seemed to us like a HUGE leap of faith. This week our 2020 Mercedes Sprinter van arrived at the dealership! We had our down payment thanks to a grant from Bank of America and Tito's Vodka Saturday, May 16th, our Director picked up our beautiful van and drove her back to San Antonio. This van will travel far and wide carrying dogs out of Texas to all points up north for their furever homes.<br>I always catch at least part of your broadcast every Saturday while I am running around doing doggy errands and I am so grateful for what you do and how you helped Texas Chihuahua Rescue. Our 2017 Mercedes Sprinter entered Canada today for the first time since late February, delivering 40 dogs to their furever homes. We have a mission and we want to continue it. We were treated so well by your Car Pro Certified Dealership - Park Place Mercedes and I want you to know we are very grateful.
