Jerry, Jim Feinstein at Tustin Mazda exceed all my expectations! Once I decided I wanted a Mazda CX 5 I reached out to him through the Car pro website and we set up a time last friday to talk on the phone. Jim spent about 20 minutes asking me about the vehicle I was considering, trim level, color, price range, must have options as well as just a general conversation about how we plan on using the vehicle. All without any sales pressure. I need to mention Tustin Mazda is the only car pro Mazda dealer in California.
So I made plans to drive down to Southern California from Central California last Sunday. During the drive Jim called me twice as he was working on finding the perfect vehicle even before I got on the lot. Now I'm aware that the pandemic has affected inventory across the board so even after looking at the Tustin Mazda website I was ready to compromise on trim level and options I wanted, or the color my wife wanted, in order to stay within my price range. Now Tustin is over 200 miles and I drove across 4 counties as well as Los Angeles Traffic. But it was totally worth the effort. Jim kept me informed via email and texting throughout the day as he was searching for the CX 5 he thought was a good match. He called me about 2 hours into my drive and had found what sounded like exactly what I wanted. He even gave me the price on the phone which, I knew from my research, was a fair deal on that particularly equipped vehicle. When I got to the dealership I met Jim and we went right to the vehicle which was already filled up with gas and detailed. We did a quick test drive and got right down to paperwork. I wasn't passed off to another salesman. He never had to go " check with the manager". I gave him a copy of my License and insurance and he got to work. Before I could even download the Mazda app to my phone I was in financing signing docs. No crazy fees, No added "protection packages", and especially no (pandemic)market adjustments. If I was at the dealer an hour it sure didn't feel like it. He found me the perfect car! I got the color my wife wanted, the Options I wanted (Bose stereo) plus a cpl I wasn't even considering ( can you say leather and moonroof) all for less than I was planning on spending based on other similar vehicles MSRP with the same equipment. I couldn't be happier unless I had won the car in a contest. Best Car purchasing experience I've had. Thanks CAR Pro USA and Thank You Jim at Tustin Mazda!

Originally I was to meet with Jim Feinstein. Jim was my first contact a couple of weeks ago but I couldn't meet due to a health issue. <br>Since Jim was with other customers, Larry Henderson offered to assist me. Larry is very knowledgeable about everything on the Mazda, There was never any pressure - only kindness and respect. I test drove the CX-5 and CX-30 and loved them both. This was the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Tustin Mazda. We have found that this dealership goes the extra length to make sure the customer is happy with the purchase. I was happy to know they were a certified dealer and I was curious how the experience would differ using the VIP process.<br><br>We were either going to purchase our current lease (2016 Mazda CX-5) or look at a new 2019 CX-5 to see which was a better deal. Jim went over the numbers for us on buying out our current lease and gave us options on a new lease. We discussed what we liked and disliked about the 2016 vehicle and he selected a 2019 trim based on our preferences.<br> <br>After a lengthy test drive (more than any other car I have tested over the years), we went over the numbers. As part of the deal, Jim was able to negate the $1100 in mileage overage and gave us a great price. We could not be happier with the experience, it just felt different than any other we have had in the past. Later, Jim sold us an accessory for the vehicle at his price, a nice touch. We are now enjoying a new 2019 vehicle for less per month than what we would be paying to keep the 2016 car.

Jim was really professional. He was able to get me the car I wanted. I emailed most of the paperwork. I bought the car on a week day. I had to work that evening. Jim Feinstein was outstanding. There was no pressure. I was interested in a Mazda3 premium plus turbo with a white leather interior. They had the car with a white exterior and a white interior, which coincidentally is the color combination that I thought that I would prefer. I had not realized that Mazda offers the Mazda3 premium plus turbo with black exterior accents only: wheels, side view mirrors, and rear spoiler. On the white car, to me it gave it too much of a "boy racer" look, and even though the products are original equipment, they look like after market add-ons. I mentioned my impression to Jim. After a test drive, Jim asked me if I liked the car, and I said that I did, but instead of him saying "Well, let's start the paperwork", he said "Are you happy with this car?" I responded that I really like how the car drove and that "I could live with it." He said that he would reach out to another dealership to see if they could do a dealer trade (purchase?) for the only other version of a premium plus turbo with white leather interior currently available in southern California: a grey exterior color. He said that he wanted me to be happy. He obtained the car. The other dealer had been selling the car with markups for the chip shortage, but Tustin Mazda did not do so. When I actually saw the car, to my eyes, the grey with black accents was aesthetically more pleasing. I leased the car, and even though I ended up being third in line waiting for the finance person, I never felt like my time was being wasted by that dealership or the salesperson, which is not my usually impression when I buy or lease a car. Jim used that wait time to acquaint me with the all the features of the car and helped me set up personalized preferences like memory presets for seat and mirror positions, etc.<br>Very impressed with my first CarPro Dealer experience.

My daughter had a leased CX-5 that still had 3 remaining payments. She no longer needed the car as she was promoted at work and got a company. I felt confident she had equity in the car so we called Jim Feinstein at your certified dealer here in Orange County. I gave all the information about the car to Jim over the phone. He then put me in phone contact with their buyer, Jaques. They told her they would buy the car back, including all the remaining payments. When we showed up to the dealership, all the paperwork was already completed just waiting for signatures. Within 10 minutes the entire process was done !

I think Tustin Mazda should do like other dealers and let the driver take the car for a drive without the sales person - COVID-19.<br>CX-3 is still under consideration though it is under-powered compared to the Honda Civic for freeway driving.

After getting some offers on my wife's 2012 Honda Civic we went to Tustin Mazda to see if they would match the offer. Victor was very helpful from the very beginning. My first car buying experience wasn't the best so this time I had a Car Pro Priority Pass but felt so welcome and comfortable I completely forgot about it. Victor showed us all the trim models of the Mazda 3 and CX-5 and we test drove most of them until we found the perfect one for my wife. He never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and he was very patient with us. They matched the offer on my wife's car and their initial offer on the CX-5 we picked was so good we didn't even need to haggle. After the deal was made Debbie in finance walked us through all the contract talk so we actually understood everything. She was very pleasant and actually made the entire process fun. We had such a great experience we went back to Victor 2 weeks later to pick out a Mazda 3 for myself. We even requested Debbie again. It felt great walking back in and feeling at home. From the General Manager to the President John everybody we met truly made our experience incredible. If anyone ever talks about how stressful and exhausting buying a new car is, it will be great to tell them not every dealership is like that and I'll send them over to our new friends at Tusin Mazda.

Jim Feinstein called me, and informed the vehicle availability. By the time I arrived the dealership the car was ready for test drive. I highly recommend Jim Feinstein and Tustin Mazda! I knew that I wanted a CX-5 but was unsure of the trim level, so Jim had several ready for me to look at. I never felt pressured with any part of the process and everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly, respectful and helpful. The pricing was transparent and there was no markup over MSRP like many dealers are adding now! Also a special shout out to Carolyn with the Acquisition Team as she was the first to reach out to me regarding my trade-in, and was very professional and friendly! Bottom line, if you are looking for a Mazda, go to Tustin Mazda and ask for Jim and you will have a smooth and pleasant experience!!

Jim was very responsive to my email inquiries and offered a price well below what other dealers I emailed had given me. We were able to complete the credit application ahead of time, which saved time when we visited the dealer. Jim sent me several scenarios for monthly payments, comparing leasing vs. buying, with a variety of down payment options. It was very transparent and I could basically pick my payment. When we came to the dealership to sign paperwork and pick up the CX-9 Carbon Edition, Jim spent time with my wife showing her all of the features of the vehicle, and getting her phone set up with Apple Car Play. I would definitely recommend Jim as well as the Car Pro process. It was the best car buying experience I have had.

We made an appointment and bought the car that day. The only drawback to the purchase was that the financing agent was pretty busy and it took a while to get to me; otherwise the deal was as originally agreed over the phone, ready to go when we arrived for our appointment and test drive. I went back to the service department to get some things installed and the treatment was also great.

It was a very pleasant experience! I visited Tustin Mazda, with your VIP Priority Pass, three times before the purchase. I test-drove two models: CX-5 and CX-30. Both were great and I could not decide, until the last visit. (I chose the CX-5.) On each visit, I was treated with respect and patience. All my questions were answered thoroughly and I was never pressured. It was a very pleasant experience! I visited Tustin Mazda, with your VIP Priority Pass, three times before the purchase. I test-drove two models: CX-5 and CX-30. Both were great and I could not decide, until the last visit. (I chose the CX-5.)
