I did not meet Mark Podesta, but I dealt with Jim Anderson and he was great. No hassle, no haggle just like I would expect the Car Pro process to be. Very transparent. I also want to give shout-outs to Enrique Sotelo, Henry Ford and Emily Gamez who were very helpful and friendly during the process.

Mark was awesome from the start! He helped me with my end of lease, and ordering my new Explorer! Thanks to the info I gained from Car Pro I went in knowledgeable. They tried to tell me there were only 2024s in stock when a 2025 was listed on their website as in transit. When confronted with the information, they requested a deposit for the vehicle which I have not been asked to do before. They also took quite a few days to reach out.

On 09/20/22 I went to this dealership hoping to pre order a 2022 Ford Mustang GT Premium but at that time I was told that the 2022 order bank had closed so I was not able to order.
A few days later I read on Ford Authority that on 09/19/22 that the order bank was open to order a 2023 Ford Mustang. I texted the sales rep. letting him know this & I was told that the sales manager said that the ordering was not open for the GT Mustang and that they would call me when it was time for me to order. The only contact that I received from this dealership was about 2 cars (1 new, 1 used) that I did not want.
On Thursday 09/29/2022 I placed my order with a different Ford dealership that was more than happy to place my 2023 Mustang GT Premium pre order and do business with me.
