Ray was great! I was trying to decide if I should keep my leased HR-V or buy a new model, and he was most tolerant of my millions of questions! In the end, I purchased the car I've been leasing, and I'm very happy with my decision. <br>I've had dealings with Honda World Westminster in the past - it's where I traded in a Fit to lease my HR-V three years ago. I'm happy to say that everybody I've had contact with has been friendly and helpful - and that was before I knew they were part of CarProUSA!

Ray did get back to me in a timely manner the first time, but during a follow-up call discussing the actual figures, with back and forth input on both sides he said he had a phone call could he call me back, that didn't happen. So we purchased a new Honda Pilot at Hardin Honda Anaheim, CA. Great service.

It was a great experience working with Ray. He made us feel very comfortable, he was knowledgeable and when we were ready to buy he didn't play games and say he needed to talk to sales manager or such. He told us the out the door price and then gave us options for financing the purchase. It was a great experience and I would recommend Ray to anyone looking for a Honda.

He was great! If Honda made a hybrid Pilot, it’s a no brainer. I drove quite a way based on Jerry’s recommendation. I would definitely go there if Honda made the car I wanted.
