They were very accommodating, paired me with a great salesman, and presented me with very good pricing. I felt bad not purchasing with them, but an out of state dealer beat them with a deeper dealer discount : Glenn at 7.5% below MSRP, other dealer at 11% below MSRP. All costs put in a spreadsheet and the Out the Door numbers made sense to go with other dealer. With all that said I would recommend Glenn E Thomas coupled with CarPro to friends or family.

They would not take my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited fully loaded good condition with 80K miles. They said it had a clicking nose. I've never heard it. They said they didn't know what the cause was

Got my VIP pass and Brad contacted me via email with in five minutes. Went to the dealer the week before and met Hugo. when we went to look really didn't know what i wanted except i wanted 4X4 and a truck. Drove an new jeep and 2 other trucks. I finally decided on a 2017 ram big horn. Hugo was extremely patient and answered all my questions, he didn't rush us in any way. I have already recommended them to a friend in the market for a Jeep

Brad Davis was very responsive. After several e-mails, we are able to come to an agreement on the out the door price and I was able to complete all the paper work in about 2 hours. Brad was able to direct me to John Carter to help me with the rest of the purchase. This is the most painless car buying experience I have.

Wow! 3rd vehicle obtained thru CarPro and again EXCELLENT experience. John Davis and his righthand man Hugo made this as smooth and quick as possible. I first contacted John in June with my request and we worked out details, which included a trade in on my 2016 Challenger Hellcat (I've upgraded to a 2020 wide body Hellcat on this deal). Knowing I had about a 3 month wait, I had already made a more than fair price on the trade and took the car so John and his Dealership could get it on the lot ( it sold in less than a week). I got the call and on 9/11 and picked up my new ride. The delivery process was professional and I received the red carpet treatment as a CarPro customer. Based on CarPro’s recommendation I contacted Glenn E. Davis for a Jeep Wrangler 4ex. Here is my impression. If Brad Davis and his team were like any other dealers, they wouldn’t stand out. In my case, not only did they stand out but stood high like a statue of liberty. From the onset, Brad and his team were very responsive, straight shooters and unbelievably honest!! We test drove a Jeep at this dealership, didn’t buy it yet. However, if we buy one it would be from none other than Glenn E. Thomas. I don’t write good or bad reviews promptly but this one compelled me to do so. Check it out yourself and you’ll know what I’m saying!!!!

Although I didn’t buy a car from them, John called me first thing in the morning to discuss my request. The used car I inquired about had been sold the night before. He was helpful, in that he tried to look for a similar car for me. He also asked if I was interested in a different make of vehicle. He also discussed at length with me the different options for pulling a tow vehicle. I enjoyed speaking with him and the time he took to help me. I would totally recommend him to family or friends.

Compared to previous buying experiences, this was quite enjoyable. I had corresponded with Brad several times prior to my setting foot at the dealership. I was met by a Brad and Mike Davis. The truck that I was shown was exactly as described previous to my visit. I had been very specific as to the accessories and additions I desired on the vehicle. All of these preconditions were met. Mike was very knowledgeable of RAM trucks and patient with my questions. When departing the dealership I was provided with a full tank of fuel - a nice unexpected bonus.<br>I will certainly go back to Glenn E. Thomas first when looking for another vehicle
