After not getting a response from another Car Pro dealership, I contacted Cabe Toyota. Got an almost immediate email response from Evan Morikawa. I had put a hold on a 2023 Camry LE at my current dealership right after my car was totaled before I had a chance to check out the CarPro VIP service a few days later. It was already very late in the afternoon and didn't expect to hear from them until the next day. Evan Morikawa called me within about 15 minutes. I explained my situation and fully disclosed that I was working with another dealer - but was investigating some alternatives since the car I'd "reserved" didn't have the blind spot feature – something I’d never experienced. After driving the rental car provided by USAA at night, I realized it was a feature I really wanted. Evan spent a lot of time with me and went over all the pros and cons of all the important safety features and, based on his inventory, we narrowed it down to 2 potential Camrys – a 2023 and a 2024 – both SEs. I made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival and further discussion, we targeted the 2023 because the car had more features, less mileage and was a bit less expensive. Had a great test drive. I contacted the other dealership to make sure I could get out of the car I’d reserved and upon confirmation – I went ahead with the purchase from Evan. For less than what I would have paid for the other car, I got a superior model (SE rather than LE), lesser mileage and the extended warrantee was MUCH cheaper for the same coverage. Since my current car had been a 2007 Camry, I was completely unfamiliar with (and rather fearful of) all the tech and electronics. Evan went over ALL the features and pointed out bells and whistles I wasn’t even aware of until I was comfortable with them. He told me if I had any other questions to call him (e.g. setting up the garage door opener). He synched my phone, showed me how to add contacts and set the radio with my favorite stations. I wish CABE Toyota was closer to my house so I could take it there for service. During the process, Dan Duddridge came over to make sure everything was to my satisfaction – it certainly was. We had a delightful conversation. And my interaction with Angel Robles in Finance was nothing short of seamless and efficient. I was blown away by my experience at CABE Toyota and their attention to detail and desire to make me happy. I noticed that the stems used to put air in the tires didn’t have caps so they were added without question (which wasn’t the case at the other dealership). They contacted the local Enterprise office to pick up the rental car enabling me to drive my new baby home. I have already recommended CarPro/CABE Toyota to a friend. I will never buy another car without using the CarPro service.

Worked with Evan Morikawa over the phone to acquire this 7 month old vehicle. We also agreed to my trade in value via phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Dan and introduced to Evan. JP took me on a tour of the RAV4 as Evan was working with another guest. Everyone I met was very personable and eager to answer questions. Bottom line I was driving away with my "new" used vehicle in less than 2 and a half hours.

Great experience buying a new RAV4 Prime today. I really liked Cabe Toyota for their up-front pricing and information on availability, packages and options. Some of the other dealerships make you jump through hoops for basic info, yet Cabe Toyota has everything candidly posted. Evan was a pleasure to work with, no aggressive or dramatic sales, plain answers to all our questions, enjoyable test drive and purchase.

Evan reviewed the vehicles features with both myself and my spouse. He answered our questions prior to purchasing the vehicle. After the purchase he spent time reviewing the features and stepping through the setup and pairing of my cell phone with the car. Angel worked with us on the purchase. He carefully went over the contracts with us, reviewed the manufacturer coverages and warranties. Considered our planned use of the vehicle and , upon our inquiry, explained the extended warranty coverage. Both were extremely helpful and nice. Made the experience pleasant.

This dealer was about 18 miles from my home, however, my local dealer had nonsense ADM items for nearly $2000 extra.
