Thank you for your answer and I visited with Jorge today and wanted to brag on him if I can.. There are not enough stars to show so I'll simple say I would give him 10 stars out of a possible 5!! He more than doubled every expectation I could have possibly had.
I had been through the Build and Price section on the Ford website and had spec'ed out a truck that I wanted. In searching the inventory through the site, there were no trucks showing up that matched my build so I made an appointment with Jorge to special order a truck. When I arrived Jorge greeted my wife and I and was great to work with. First off, he looked at my build and did a search through his system and sure enough, there was one truck that matched my build in a 3 state area. So, after doing the search, we talked a while longer so he could understand my reasoning for the uniqueness of the truck I had built. It turns out that it is almost impossible to find a Lariat without the FX4 package and, as I told Jorge, I couldn't justify spending over $1000 for a feature I felt I would never use. I had also opt'ed to go with the 5.0 over the 3.5 ecoboost my current 2018 F150 has. But, to make sure, I asked if I could test drive a F150 with the 5.0. Jorge looked in his system for a Lariat (the trim I wanted) with a black interior (the color interior I wanted) and even to see if he had a white one (the exterior color I wanted). He found all but the exterior color, went out to the lot and brought the truck up. My wife and I test drove it and put my concerns aside about the 5.0 liter not having the comparable power to the truck I have now. Afterwards, he went through the order process on the truck that I wanted, explained the ordering process and how/when the truck would arrive and all the steps in between. Both satisfied, he and I signed the order sheet and he went to key it into the system. That's when something went wrong and he said "something just happened that I don't like". He checked some things in his system and then excused himself to go get clarification on what he was seeing. Turns out, within the last few days, Ford stopped taking orders for 2024 F150. At this point we were both a little defeated but Jorge went to work. He told me that Ford would take orders for 2025's in 3 days and how that process would work out. He then looked up the one truck in the 3 state in his system to see if he could get the dealer to send it to Tomball Ford. Turns out the dealership had hired a company to come and install some after market modifications on the truck. That being off the table, he went through my list of options to see what were 'must haves'. He offered to help with the cost of the FX4 package and then went to work finding trucks that had most of the "must haves" I had listed. He came up with a list of 4 trucks that are located at different dealerships in the Houston area that were closest to my build and is contacting them to see which of those trucks he can get (we prioritized the trucks 1-4). He is to let me know Monday what he finds and then we can schedule another appointment to work on the deal. Although I haven't bought the truck from him yet, I had to brag on him !! I told him that you often bragged on him on your show and I told him that he had more than lived up to your recommendation. I would recommend him to anyone looking to but a Ford. What an awesome example of customer service !!

I'm looking for a Ford Maverick XLT. These are in short supply and difficult to find. Jorge Lopez was professional and respectful. He did find a Maverick that was very close to what I was wanting. However, the dealership added $7,000 to MSRP. That puts this vehicle well above its price point. I did not buy this one and likely will not reach out to Tomball Ford again. I have a great deal of trouble paying above MSRP.

I met with Jorge Lopez at Tomball Ford. I told him before making the appointment that I had a deposit down on a RAV4, but that I really wanted to see a Bronco Sport. He was gracious in showing me one, even knowing there was little chance of a sale. I did really like the Bronco ... it looks like what an SUV is supposed to look like! I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick from Jorge at Tomball Ford on 1/11/22. When I reached out to Jorge he was working from home while recuperating from Covid 19. Despite this Jorge was very responsive, helpful and professional.
Jorge explained that Mavericks are in very short supply and due to Ford's present requirements for this hot, new model, only customer special orders are taken on the Maverick at this time. He further explained that it may take 4-6 months to receive the vehicle. This confirmed what I had also learned on several Maverick forums after first seeing the Maverick reviewed on CarProUSA.
After speaking with Jorge, he arranged a visit to the dealership to meet an associate and see a new Maverick just off the truck and waiting on a customer pick-up. I placed an order with Jorge the same day. Jorge handled all the paperwork via phone and email and I received an email from Ford confirming the order on that same day as well.
I settled in for what I expected would be a several month wait from Ford to confirm a production date and and another month or two after that for production and delivery.
Imagine my surprise and delight when the next week, on 1/20/22, I received an email from Ford notifying me that production has already been scheduled for the week of 3/5/22 with likely delivery around late March to mid-April.

I found Jorge through the Car Pro website. Communication was great in scheduling an appointment as we live a couple hours away. Jorge showed us many Explorers until he found the one that fit our desired equipment package and budget. He then worked to get us the best deal he could and the finance team did a fine job as well. The entire team at Tomball was exceptional and even though it was late in the evening, they had the car serviced and ready to go when the papers were signed. Jorge is an awesome gentleman and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.

When my truck arrived and FMC refused to honor a rebate I was entitled to he knocked that price off the bottom line to close the deal and put me in the truck I've always wanted. This is my second email since I wanted to highlight my deal with Jorge Lopez at Tomball Ford. Jorge has worked with me for over 4 months until today when the 2023 Ford Maverick Order book opened. In the comfort of my own home, Jorge worked with me to place my order subject to final order book confirmation, making suggestions of what to order, AND what he suggested not be ordered based on his experience with other customers. I thought we had come to agreement on the pricing of the vehicle and what the price involved with the Sales Manager. I asked twice if the the price included the additional items that I requested. I contacted Tomball Ford not to buy a vehicle but for service to my wife's vehicle. I was promptly put in contact with Robert in the service department. Robert was knowledgeable and courteous. Here is where he helped me greatly. My wife's car was about 7 months out of warranty. We still had plenty of miles left but the time had expired. I contacted Mr. Lopez in October 2023 after deciding to order a Super Duty. I chose the options from the Ford website and emailed him a PDF of the build. He called me, verified every option, and made suggestions. After that, my truck was put in line for production, and communication was excellent, even with Ford delays. The whole process was smooth, and there was no hidden stuff. Mr. Lopez and his assistant, Mr. Medina, always answered all my questions and lived up to my requests. I requested that all protective plastics be left in place as they come from the factory, and sure enough, that was done during the PDI.
From day one, the interaction was superior to my past experiences dealing with dealership sales. All extra "dealer-installed" options were discussed beforehand, and there were no surprises when I received the purchase agreement. Both Mr. Lopez and Mr. Medina were excremely professional.

I contacted Jorge because I had bought my current vehicle with him and I was very satisfied with the previous experience. Jorge was on vacation and his assistant was helpful but I had more questions than he could answer. Kenton Hobelmen, the new car sales manager took over even though I wasn't looking to buy a new truck. Kenton answered all my questions about the used truck I was looking for as well as the questions about leasing which I was also considering. I ended up deciding not to buy a truck at this time, but I wanted Jorge to know that the sales manager had his back while he was on vacation. I contacted Jorge after seeing his YouTube videos about the Ford Bronco. I had my order with a dealership over 500 miles away. I moved my order over to Jorge with convenience the I would not be charged over MSRP! After a long wait with build problems from Ford, I took delivery of my 2023 Bronco Badlands! I cannot say enough good things about Jorge and his team. They were always there to answer my questions and settle my concerns! First time buying a car out of state we were a bit nervous but lucky I found Jorge Lopez out in Texas placed our Wildtrak Bronco order thru him kept us in the loop had to wait 2 years finally we have our Bronco thanks to Jorge experience with all the process was easy from start to finish had a little issue with the transport but Jorge helped resolve the issue we are 100% satisfied with our purchase and if you are looking to buy he's the man don't matter if your local or out of state Jorge will take care of you. We are from Los Angeles but ended up purchasing my vehicle in Texas because Jorge Lopez was the only salesman in the country that was fair and didn’t exploit the car market and overcharge for extra profits.
