Zach Sckittone was extremely responsive reaching out to us within 30 minutes of me requesting contact information at North Freeway Hyundai. Even though we were only starting our car search process and really only planning on looking on that day he went the extra mile to see what vehicles fitting our criteria were available in the entire state and beyond. He talked with us and helped us firm up our requirements. Then he stayed after he was supposed to be going home to help us finalize the very fair deal and drive home in our new vehicle. Fantastic experience!

Zachary Sckittone did a great job of showing us the vehicle as well as both reports issued on the vehicle. As we were completing the transaction, it started to rain. Zach said that if we would come back later in the week after it stops raining, he would re-wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas - which he did. He has been great to work with!

Zachary (Zach) Sckittone at North Freeway Hyundai (NFH) was my Car Pro contact. After a disappointing Car Pro experience with Fred Haas Nissan on Monday (4/28), I contacted Zach via Car Pro on Tuesday afternoon. Zach called within a few minutes after receiving my Car Pro email. Since my Honda Accord was in the repair shop, Zach arranged an Uber ride (paid by NFH) from my home to NFH. Arriving at 7 PM. Zach promptly took me to view the 4 Elantras that he texted pictures to me earlier=>2 Limiteds and 2 N-Lines.
After a test drive of my selection, a medium gray Elantra Limited, Zach was proficient, knowledgeable, and courteous in guiding me through the car buying process. Zach is the MVP of the Car Pro representatives!! Lyle Lowe, NFH's Finance Manager, was also superb. Zach and Kyle stayed beyond NFH's closing time to accommodate me. Around 10 PM, I drove home in a NEW 2025 Hyundai Elantra Limited. I am a retired senior who has purchased 7 new cars over many years. Buying a new car from Zach and NFH was the best new car buying experience ever!!

Zach Sckittone met me for my appointment, and we took a test drive. He discussed the car and knew its many features. We looked at three different vehicles. We agreed to discuss two for purchase. He brought me two offer sheets. We settled on one vehicle that I wanted a final offer on. He showed me the costs he could remove and the offer on my trade-in. I asked for a little more on my trade and a little less on one of the two remaining "extras." Zach came back with the counter and I was satisfied. I went back to financing where I met Justin Mata. He made his extra coverage offers. I said no. He did not hard sell me, just gave me my options and let me decide. It was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I will buy from them in the future as long as they stay with the CarPro process. I've already recommended the CarPro process to my friends. Your "ThisCar.com" offer on my trade-in helped me get a good offer from North Freeway Hyundai. One of my friends is selling his car to ThisCar because of my recommendation.

Best and fastest experience have ever had purchasing new vehicle. I spoke with my Carpro the same day I asked to be contacted. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the dealership the next day to find the specific vehicle I was interested in waiting for a test drive. It was apparent that some serious thought went into making the purchasing process transparent, simple and quick!

Immediately after purchasing the car, I got in it to drive home and there was something making a really loud noise in connection with the fan. Harold immediately helped get it resolved (turned out to be a few leaves stuck in a filter!).
