I have looked for 2 weeks for a Low mileage power boost. I searched locally including Classic but this truck didn't come up. After going to 3 different dealerships, I did one last wide search and found this truck with 8500 miles on a 22. Called the CarPro number and spoke with Garner Anderson who went and physically located the vehicle and put it next to his office door and held it until I arrived. Aaron Strand of Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land, Texas, was quite cordial and helpful. I made an appointment with him to order a 2023 Bolt EUV, but Aaron mentioned something that caused reflection and further checking, i.e. the home charging equipment for the Bolt. Upon learning the charging time involved, I decided a Bolt EUV would not be ideal for me. I was looking for a replacement car that could be used in emergencies, e. g. quick trip to hospital. I am grateful to Aaron Strand for being informative as well as friendly. I understand why Aaron Strand is valued by CarPro and recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Chevy.

Garner Anderson (my sales person) was wonderful, I went through the Jerry Reynolds Car Pro USA website to find the truck I wanted and dealership of your choice. I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet 2500HD 4X4 Crew Cab, I had to wait about a week or so before the truck came in from factory, Garner stayed in touch with me throughout the whole journey letting me know the updates on delivery. When I arrived at the dealership to take ownership Garner had all paperwork ready to sign and there was no hassle at all.

I had step assist running boards and a bed cover added. The work was completed and truck ready for me when I arrived. Aaron was very helpfull. I did not show him the CarPro Priority Pass because after I got it thatt night he text me the next day to set up an appointment. He had the car I was looking at ready to take a test drive and answered all my questions about it. Gave me a price on the car very quickly. I told him I had to think about it, there was no problem no pressure. I decided not to buy the car, nothing to do with Aaron or the dealership.

I had been trying the TrueCar route but was frustrated with the "offers" not being real. As was fate would have it, I was running an errand and turned on my favorite talk radio station and The CarPro show was on. And then I was like "oh yeah, why didn't I think of those guys?!!". Made it home, immediately went to the CarPro website, and the rest is history. I'll be back in about 4 years and then again 3 years after that - got 2 more daughters to buy cars for.

Garner was awesome to deal with. I grew up in the car business and buy at least 2 to 3 vehicles a year. I trade my personal vehicle at least once a year and with all of the dealers I have known and been my go to dealers selling out. Classic and Garner will be one of my go to dealers from now on. They gave me exactly what I knew my truck was worth without any back and forth and did not try to push me into anything I did not want. Being an experienced buyer they realized it and handled everything accordingly.

I talked with Mr. Anderson, who is a Classic Chevy Car Pro rep.
I told him that I was not authorized to purchase any vehicles, but was simply gathering info on 2022 Suburbans for my boss, who owns a transportation company here in Houston--Excelsior Transportation.
Mr. Anderson told me that Classic was not offering any discounts for new car purchases, but each car would be sold at MSRP. In addition, he said that each vehicle sale MUST include a "safety" package of four items (contact Mr. Anderson for description of items) which he,to his credit, said amounted to a surcharge of just under $4,000.
This was a deal breaker. My co-worker, who does not listen to Car Pro Show, was able to get a better deal, acceptable to my employer who ordered two 2022 Suburbans, from another Chevy dealer here in Houston with whom he has done business with previously.

This is my first call when purchasing a car. We have purchased several vehicles from Classic Sugarland in the past with CarPro referral. They didn't have a vehicle with the options we wanted and needed to buy that day due to insurance totaling our sedan and wouldn't cover rental. The rep said that his trading partners wouldn't discuss vehicle swaps on weekend. This was my 2nd purchase from Classic Chevrolet, simply because my first purchase was so easy with the help of the dealerships Cap Pro associate. Just like last time, my trade started with a phone call to the Car Pro salesman. I explained that I was in the market for a new Chevy a Silverado 1500 with the 3.0 liter diesel. I explain that I had been on several other dealerships website looking for this truck including my local dealer here in Conroe. No one had one! Aaron went to work and found one at a small dealership outside the Houston metroplex area. He described it and I told him that was exactly what I was in search of! He made arrangements to have it swapped out with a truck from his inventory and in a couple of days he sent me a text msg including a picture of the truck sitting in his lot! The next morning I drove to Sugarland and we made the deal! He gave me a great price for my trade ( the same truck I purchased 3 urs ago) and it all took about 20 minutes. NEXT, I need to commend the finance officer that helped with the paperwork!!! She was going over all of my purchase options with me and I explained that I did not feel like I had gotten all of my moneys worth out of my package that I purchased 3 yrs ago. She got an inquisitive look on her face and asked if I would excuse her for a moment. In about 5 minutes she returned to advise she had found my old file and I had $1200 left on that package that I could apply toward this purchase!!!! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else! This kind of service is unheard of today! She did not have to do that but she went above and beyond the scope of her responsibilities to help me out! We had already made the deal and I was going to buy the truck but she still had the temerity to get up and go research her records and give me $1200 that was my money that I did know I had coming to me! Now that is Service. I was contacted by Jeff Sebastian by phone (8/12) and asked if I was interested in selling my 2016 Corvette Z51 with 24000 miles which I had purchased from Classic Chevrolet in Feb 2017 for $60,000 including taxes etc. I replied and Aaron Strand contacted me the next day with an offer of $42,000 to $43,000. I said how long is the offer available and indicated 5 days. So set up and appointment to deliver my car on 8/18 for apprisal. To my surprise their offer of $43,000. which I accepted. ( I very surprise they came in on the high end of their offer)<br>So after the sale of my 2016 C7 Z51, Aaron wrote up and order for me for a new 2021 C8 Z51 to hopefully be delivered by next summer. <br><br>This whole process took approximately 2 hours. While we did not end up buying a new Chevy from Lloyd, I will say he went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience. He went over the numbers and showed us multiple options at both the Sugarland and Hwy 6 locations. When he didn't have the truck we were looking for in stock, he made very effort to find one available for us. He eventually was able to secure the truck we were originally after, but by then we had decided to purchase preowned instead of new. We are still on the hunt, and he occasionally checks in with us to see if there's any help he can offer. I highly recommend dealing with Classic via the CarPro VIP route.

After considering depreciation, I went with preowned, and my CarPro, Aaron Strand, agreed to help me with that. I looked at a Trail Boss and the height was intimidating, so I asked to see a new LT. He could see my indecision, and said, think it over on the holiday, and come back the day after. So, I returned July 5th, and bought the Trail Boss. I didn't haggle the price, because I had looked for 2 weeks and could not find another like it, for as low of a price. One of your e-mail tips is, be straight with your CarPro, so I told Aaron I wanted to pay cash, with no extras when I got to the finance dept. He must have set it up for me, because the next guy did not try to sell me anything. I signed some papers and wrote a check. They filled the tank and when I started the truck it said I could go 312 miles! So I thought, now I see why this truck was so cheap. I drove 55 miles to get home and when I got there, now it said I could go 320 miles, so I guess my driving habits are better than the last guy. It also said I got over 19 mpg so I'm happy.

Submitted the form on inquiry on a new truck, didn't hear from anyone until the following day. Got passed off to somebody else who sent me an email three trucks at full MSRP to look at.
