I submitted a dealer request via CarPro one evening and to my surprise I received a response from Ms. Wolfenberger that same night. I setup an appointment to visit the dealership the next day. When we arrived, the associate we had an appointment with, Garrett Wies, was waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable about the Audi Q7 we were wanting to look at. Unfortunately due to the current environment of dealers not having a lot of inventory, we were not able to see or test drive the 2022 model we were looking for. They did have a 2021 model that was very similar. Garrett went over everything in the vehicle and explained its operation and answered all of our questions. We did decide to move forward with reserving one of the Q7s that are in the pipeline. Overall we have been satisfied with how the process has gone so far. We are looking forward to the day the Q7 comes in and we can complete the purchase process.

Last week, I used your VIP Pass connection to reach out to Kelly Wolfenberger at Sewell Audi McKinney. I was ready to trade my 2019 Q7 in for a new 2023 Q7 TSFI quattro. We corresponded by email about a particular vehicle in their inventory and she had it ready to show when my husband and I arrived. The sales manager, Jordan Wright, came up to us and introduced himself and Lizzy Rigg. Lizzy is a natural and we really enjoyed working with her. She walked us through the process, and the test drive was the first step. After an appraisal of the trade-in, she came back with a fair price. I wanted to write my check for an even number, so I asked for the price to be rounded down. Lizzy took the copy of the VIP Pass that I had printed and waved it down the hall to Jordan, the sales manager. They both came back smiling and laughing and agreed. It was the smoothest vehicle transaction I’ve ever experienced. I give Five Stars to Sewell Audi in McKinney, and to Kelly, Lizzy and Jordan. I knew I'd finalize a deal with Sewell McKinney during my initial conversation with Kashif Karamali (Sales Manager). Getting the best price on the 2019 Audi Q7 was only half of the equation (most aggressive pricing, by the way). But after that, which of the five local Audi dealerships and staff do I want to interact with for years to come? My rapport with Kashif, Raul Martinez (Brand Specialist) and Chris Conklin (Finance Manager) made that an an easy choice. Plus, it gave me a hint of what I can expect in the future from the Service Department.

Disappointed. The Sales Manager, Jordan Wright, called me on Friday and I set an appointment for Monday evening. I let him know that I was wanting to test drive and S3. He let me know that there was not an S3 in stock but I could test drive an S4. We get there Monday evening and we let the front desk person know our name and that we had spoken with Jordan. From that point we wait for what felt too long for when you have an appointment. Jordan finally comes out and ask us "What can I help you with?" He had no recollection of our names and why we were there...he didn't even attempt to use the name information we had given to the front desk person to try and appear to know why we were there. He hands us off to a salesperson only to be told we had nothing to test drive. Why didn't I get told that on the phone Friday? Instead, we drive from Richardson to Mckinney in 5:00 traffic? They just need to get more organized and remember conversations with potential clients. I have used your services multiple times as a guide on what dealerships to work with and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in the level of customer service provided. Finally had the opportunity to be one of Car Pro's VIP customers and worked with two delearships, Sewell Infinity Dallas and Sewell Audi McKinney. Gina and Kelly and both of their teams were awesome at reaching out to us, not to pressure us into buying a car, but to make sure we were being taken care of as we considered buying a car. In the end, we settled on the Audi Q5 Sportback over the Infinity QX55 and are very happy with the deal we got. Thomas and Orlando worked together to insure we were happy with the deal and the whole team from Finance to the Service Dept has been awesome to work with.

I ordered and got a deal on a SQ8 that is in short supply. They have been working long and hard to find a car with the color and equipment I want they can trade for. I am in the Austin area so all communication is remote. I have a good feeling about dealing with them. This will be the second car I bought in the past 12 months with your assistance. Go Jerry!

I have had many cars from VW Touraeg TDI(the last 2) to Acura MDX, Toyota 4-Runners and many others.<br>This was the best buying experience in purchasing new cars in 35+ years.<br>Immediately was given a 14.7% discount off an Audi Q7 and then offered more for my 2014 Touareg TDI than I expected to receive.<br>Ultimately came up even a bit more in the offer for my car.<br>I was very impressed with the professional people I dealt with at Sewell Audi.<br>I went to other dealerships for Audi and Lexus.<br>None of them made nearly as good an offer as Sewell Audi.<br><br>
