I cannot say enough good things about Frank at five star ford, who was our car pro dealer. Everyone in the process was so kind and helpful. And omg, they were soooooo fast! It was like I said I wanted X type of car & they literally had it sitting in my driveway in 48 hours. Yeah, they delivered it to me, we signed the paperwork on my dining room table!!! WOW, talk about first class service. Frank stayed for maybe 2 hours explaining and showing me how to do stuff with my new car that has all this fancy electronic stuff I had no idea even existed. I am so glad I went through carpro and got the best deal. I drove that thing out for less than MSRP!!! Who knew in this economy you could still get a deal like that?! We are shopping for a new truck and and visited 5-Star Ford Twice now. Reuben and Brendan and RJ have been awesome to work with. We narrowed our decision down to a '21 PowerBoost Lariat and are trying to lock in our options before ordering. We are happy to be doing business with such a great group of people and can't wait to buy our truck. Brendan was wonderful in listening to our wants and needs and showing us exactly what we wanted, then letting us drive it as well. Hopefully we will make the 3 hour drive back up to Carrolton to take delivery of a new F-150 soon. This is the way car buying should be. These guys get it. Well worth the nearly 200 miles drive.

I had the pickup on order for probably 6 or 7 months but there was no movement in production. The dealership refunded my $500 deposit and told me that if the pickup ever came in, that they would give me dibs. It finally came in over 9 months since I had placed the order (during the chip shortage days). Rocky Wall, whom I had been working with, called me and said it was mine if I still wanted it. Of course, I jumped on it because they also honored their original sales price which was $1500 off sticker price when that pickup brought a $10k to $35k premium in different parts of the country. I was amazed. The only disappointment (other than the wait) was the trade in price of my chevy 2500 2020 model was too low. CarMax bought it from $5k more but we had to drive about 20 miles away and had no way to get back to 5 Star. They would not come get us so we had to Uber back to the dealership. All in all, it worked out but there was a little room for improvement.

Disappointing. I left a message for Trey on Friday, he returned the call on his way into work on Saturday. Told him I had a 2019 Fusion coming off lease. He returned the call later in the morning needing more information and he would call me back. This was OK. But Trey didn't call back and when I called him on Tuesday (2 days later); he forgot who I was or what I needed. Disappointing! I reminded him and he called back on Wednesday asking when i could come in. He was going to out on that date and assigned me to RJ, because of weather, I had to cancel the Friday date and come in on the following Tuesday. RJ walked me through the process that basically: I buy off lease and finance my current used Fusion and would trade it in later. When Sam Pack had something we liked. The process took about a hour and half and the team was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

As always, Reuben was great in getting our daughter our of her escape SEL 201A package into an Edge. Only the SE, but still nicely equipped. Payment would have gone DOWN about $10, but we added window tint for the front door windows and weathertech floor mats, so it went up $30. Happy. The Missus liked it so much we traded in her Equinox for a Red Edge SEL 201A package, with window tint, 75K/75 month extended warranty and gap. Payment only went up $50 a month with that. Everyone was great, even finance. About an hour to see Tommy Li, but they were busy Saturday night the 25th. Not a long wait, and Anthony kept us engaged. The women of the household are BOTH very HAPPY with their new cars. My daughter said she is a Ford gal, and Reuben Krause is her guy to buy from.

I don't purchase new trucks often, I like to drive them until the wheels fall off. My current f-150 has nearly 250k miles on it, that I purchased from your son, BJ (I am very sorry for you loss) back in 2008. I just replaced it with a 2018 f-150 and purchased from Sam Pack - Carrollton again. I kept delaying this purchase, but the 0% interest rates offered by Ford was the motivating factor along with push to move out the 2018 models. I still have both trucks and look forward to seeing how the 2 compare over time. I am giving the 2008 truck to my kids. Thanks for this service Jerry. PS I love your newsletters with past dealer stories "road down memory lane" articles. If you ever visit my home, I'll be sure to have some towels handy with your initials on them.

Jerry, just wanted to tell you about what a wonderful experience we had during our recent purchase of a 2017 Mustang EcoBoost Premium. We met with Jorge Lopez at Tomball Ford and while he didn't have a vehicle that met our needs, he was extremely helpful and very courteous. We will definitely work with him in the future if needs dictate. We broadened our CarPro web search and were able to find the vehicle we purchased from Danny Forsee at Sam Pack 5 Star Ford in Carrollton. The teams at both Tomball Ford and especially at Sam Pack 5 Star Ford were outstanding. Danny ensured that I had everything I needed, including sending a vehicle with the driver Lee with me to return my one way rental car to DFW so I didn't have to Uber my way back to the dealership. He also had Joseph stay with me to show me the Sync system and Joseph even updated the software in the Infotainment system to the latest version so I could use my phone with the system. It is not often that you find that kind of customer service in today's AI driven automated world. Trey was very responsive and got back to me within hours to find out my requirements and start the process. At the dealership, I worked with Alan on his team. They did not have an acceptable Edge on their lot and the first one we found had been sold. It took a little time to find a car to meet my criteria, but Trey was able to make a call to confirm it was available for dealer trade. I picked it up the next day. My hat is off to RJ and Frank Goswick for the care given to my wife and I as we embarked upon purchasing a new truck. We could not ask for any better treatment or fairness in our trade ins and the price of the truck. No pressure. Just plain facts and an honest approach. The whole process was seamless. We drove 125 miles one way to get to the dealership and it was more than worth while to do so. Loved the personal attention and the excellent customer service.

I've been delaying my response due many reasons (New grandchild staying in NICU, family visiting, house problems, etc) Been pleased with experience. Knowing that I was coming in with a Car Pro reference, I feel like I was treated with some deference. I feel they valued their connection with the Car Pro name and did not want to do anything to jepardize that relationship.

Great experience! Reuben, the sales manager, connected us to Larry, one of the salesmen. That made me a little nervous at first, but Reuben set the standard and checked on us throughout the process. We ended up finding a great vehicle for my son. The only negative was meeting with the aftermarket sales lady and that was horrible. She was extremely pushy and even argumentative. We chose to do nothing with her. Overall, the experience was close to perfect. Thanks for your help!!!

5 stars for the team that Trey Russell has handling the CarPro Listeners at the the Carrollton Sam Packs Five Star Ford location. Reuben Krause set me up with Alex Ruvacaba to test drive a 2.7L & 3.5L F-150 and to spec out my special order on the last day of Truck Month in March. Reuben then confirmed everything I was wanting on my new truck and finalized my order, locking in 0% for 60 months through Ford Motor Credit and a $2000 rebate for special orders as well as a $500 rebate that everyone gets and on top of those the Carrollton location was adding $1,500 to the $500 rebate to match the $2,000 rebate from Ford ($4,000 so far) plus I had a rebate from signing up for a Ford test drive while at the auto show for another $750 rebate. In addition to those rebates the price was locked in from March as well but the sticker price had gone up by the the time the vehicle arrived so I came in at approximately $6,700 below sticker on my new F150 Super Crew STX with the 6.5' bed, 3.5 Ecoboost and FX4 package.
PS Reuben also deleted that start stop system and saved me another $50 off the order, he advised me on this since I keep my vehicles forever after I disclosed that I was still driving a 2007 Ford Ranger with 263,000 miles that I had purchased from them new in 2006.
I ordered the truck on March 31st and I picked it up May 28th, thank you to the entire CarPro team for everything you do and to Trey Russell and the team he's assembled at the Carrollton Sam Packs Five Star Ford location.

Could not have asked for a better experience. You all set me up with Trey Russell, from 5 star ford in Carrollton. He called me personally and we set up a time for an appointment, a week later. The day of the appointment David Baldovin called me and confirmed the appointment. After David called me I received a text from Trey wanted know if his salesman David had contacted me. My wife and I drove to the dealership and talked with David. They did not have a truck on the lot that I wanted so we sat down to customize one. We confirmed the order and had the deal sealed in less than 1 hour. I would not ever buy another vehicle unless I use Jerry Reynolds and his team at CarProUSA.

Bought a second vehicle from the awesome team at Five Star Ford Carrollton in just less than a year. Reuben and Christopher Krause made this purchase easy as can be. Finance hook me up with a great deal on extended warranty. This is my go to Ford store for new and certified pre own. They rolled out the red carpet and made sure I was well taken care of until I left in my certified pre own F150. And I got a great deal even though the used market is crazy right now.

I did not have my VIP pass with me, but did tell them that CarProUSA sent me their way and if that wasn't the VIP treatment then I don't know what would be. They contacted me while we were on vacation, which was fine. Reuben asked what we wanted, I sent him the lit of wants and requirements, the colors in order of preference and they had what I wanted within a day or two. We got back from our trip, drove up to see them, they had the bedliner installed (spray on), the truck detailed and waiting for us in the shade, with a FULL tank of gas. <br>Reuben greeted us with a handshake, cold water bottles, and a smile. He did some paperwork, walked us over to Terry Smith who finished most of the work, then we went to an office to write the check and talk about extended warranties, which we bought at a very reasonable price. I wish I had caught his name, great friendly guy. Terry showed us the bells and whistles on the truck- there are many- and we were out of there before traffic got horrid.<br>I will be making the trip to the dealership for all maintenance and have told all my friends and family they need to make the trip to Sam Pack 5 star Ford. It truly is worth the trip!
