Crest Nissan responded quickly and offered a great price! But they're in Plano (I think) and I live in San Antonio, and I found a local dealer that offered a deal that was pretty much identical and well, it made more sense for me to buy locally.

While I appreciated our salesperson, he told us he usually worked used cars and was not very knowledgeable about the different packages. He worked very hard though so that made up for it. I was disappointed by the finance person who attempted to charge me for an extended warranty I said no to multiple times. I caught the mistake and he redid the paperwork. Was it really an accident? In the last 23 years, I have bought 4 automobiles using the CarPro process (actually, one was a Car Guy process), and 1 automobile just going into a dealership, and I'm not sure I noticed much of a difference. I still had to deal with "I've got to go ask my manager" and "I got beat up by my manager, but he agreed on the deal." I wasn't real impressed by the interaction with your special representative, Kara Gahle. Not sure what value she added compared to in the past when I just called the CarPro person at the dealership.
