Tony Acosta from Classic was my sales representative. I couldn't be happier! He's super friendly and easy to get along with. He even let me take a test drive all the way to my house so that my wife could see it while she was working from home. After some shopping around, I couldn't find a better price, so I went back to buy it. Tony had all the paperwork ready to go! He then introduced me to the financial guy, Johnny Mercado, who was fantastic. Johnny was super positive and told me how much he loved working for Classic. When he asked me if I wanted a warranty and I said no, he simply said, "Okay," and moved on. When we finished the deal, Tony offered to follow me with the car, and he had another sales rep follow him so I wouldn't have to drive him back to the dealership.

Great experience! Chris and Clint were both very helpful and accommodating. This was one of the fastest car purchases I have ever made. I needed to come back to have some accessories installed, and Clint set it up so I could wait while the work was performed (I live 1.5 hrs away in East Tx) and they finished faster than expected. A great experience all the way around!

I emailed the VIP certificate to Chris Sinku at the dealership. Because I was looking at a used car they had, he handed me off to someone else who did not know anything about the certificate. Mr. Cordova was helpful showing me the car. By the way, it was a '93 Corvette with less than 17000 miles. Don't know whether or not the certificate made any difference or not.

Didn’t talk to Chris talked with Ryan Williams. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted so he sent me a build price and I was under the impression it was in transit I texted him about it and he didn’t respond even after two other phone calls. Finally got in touch with him and he’s still trying to locate something. I mentioned just order a vehicle and was trying to find out how long that might take and couldn’t get an answer. I understand the supply issues so I guess we’re in limbo and just playing the waiting game

Had a disagreement with salesman over price that had been agreed upon from the general manager. Went back and forth until he went back to the general manager a couple of days later and confirmed what I had said had been agreed upon. When he notified us that the vehicle had been detailed and was ready for pickup we agreed to a time that we would be there the next day. When we arrived he told us that the vehicle had not been detailed and we then had to wait for well over an hour for that to be completed.

From the moment we walked in, they treated us with white glove service. They had the vehicles we were interested in already "pulled around" so we weren't waiting while they went and "found" what we were looking for. They were very clear on pricing and the various discounts. They did not have a prior year model of new pickup available which is what we ended up purchasing from the Ford Dealership down the street. If we had purchased a GMC product, we most definitely would have purchased from this dealership. First Class Service from the very beginning to the time we left the dealership, and they even gave us a few pointers that saved us an additional $750 down the street.

Paul was very helpful over the telephone and through text. I was interested in particular options on a truck. He located one in San Antonio but the dealer would not trade because of low inventory. I will wait until inventory gets better and try again.
