I only had one complaint. I thought dealers were required to disclose everything in the online add. After I got to the dealer, test drove the car, and decided it was what we wanted, i was informed of over $3,000 of dealer add ons and that they were already installed on the car. I insisted I did not want any of those add ons and that I wanted to buy the car for the advertised price. They tried twice to insist I had to accept the add ons. When I continued to refuse, they finally dropped all the add on charges and I bought the car for the price advertised online.

Justin was quick to respond to our initial inquiry through the CarPro website. Justin and his team were very helpful and accommodating. They made sure all of our questions were answered, but also allowed us space and time for our daughter to make the decision to move forward with the purchase. Highly recommend! Ryan Rico set me up with Product Specialist Orlando Ayarzagoita. Orlando didn’t know the weight of a Tundra, or where they are assembled. Orlando also didn’t know how to find the information about the lift that was OEM. Orlando showed me a truck I liked on May 8th. I completed the financing application same day. Heard nothing from either Ryan or Orlando until I followed up on May 15th. I was then told by Ryan the truck I wanted was sold. Then was told the closest truck to the one I wanted is $25,000 more. Whole experience was terrible, how this dealership is part of Carpro escapes me. I don’t know how it could be more of a waste of my time. Very disappointing, I’d give it a ZERO rating if that’s possible. Is there a dealership that actually lives up to what is said to be the standard? I’d be willing to travel to find it. This dealership should not be part of CarPro.

Friendly, honest, helpful, no BS about dealership, wanted to know what I wanted, ask the right questions, no pressure.

We went to the first dealership (not a CarPro dealership) and walked away disappointed with no truck - no deal. I then found a CarPro dealership through the website and received a call from Tom Hessey within a few minutes! We had an appointment, drove the exact truck we wanted, and received an incredible price. Tom and Gabby were transparent and professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had!
