I had a good experience with the car pro but everything was wet. Ray Reynolds said it would be but when we took the test drive, our vehicle was dirty. They had brought it from wherever they have all their vehicles parked. I was expecting it to be just like Ray Reynolds says Waiting for us nice and clean and ready for our test drive, but besides all that we had a good experience. Armon Javadi was the sales manager. He was very polite and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of the only one thing was that the vehicle we test drove was dirty because wherever they have all their cars sitting, they just brought it over and did not bother to wash it for the test drive, but besides all that we had a wonderful experience

I have a 2014 Honda Civic - I wanted to trade my Honda straight across for a CRV Honda. I got the VIP CarPro pass sent it to Armon at Woodland Hills Honda.
First He called me so fast - I was surprised .
Secondly he had a CRV -he told me over the phone he would trade straight across- because I didn’t want any car payments. My Honda is paid for.
Thirdly CRV was in excellent condition.
Price 14,000.
Lastly he made appointment for me to come to the dealership on the next day.
Because of listening to Jerry on CarPro and thinking it over I decided to keep my Civic .
Armon gave me the opportunity to trade straight across. I appreciate him.
Thank you Jerry and Kevin at Car Pro for steering me in the right direction. Thank you all for helping a 76 year young grandma .

Worked with Ray Lee and he contacted me immediately. I told him what I was interested in and he confirmed that three were in stock. We set up an appointment and he showed me the vehicles on the lot. Paid MSRP when many other dealers were charging 3 or 4 thousand over. Purchased the car that day and the process was efficient and relatively painless except for my bank account, but knew that going in.

Armon and the whole team at Woodland Hills Honda greeted us warmly upon entering the dealership, answered all our questions, presented several purchase/lease options and even worked around our schedule when we had plans to visit the Century City Mall for a family dinner. Could I please give the rating of 100??? Armon Javadi and his team were nothing less than amazing! Everything from the greeting in the parking lot to the delivery of the car was top notch! Armon was communicative, transparent, and fair every step of the way. This was kind of a challenging purchase for me and there was never a moment of pressure. I live a bit away from Woodland Hills and Armon had the car and paperwork delivered to me. Still can't get over that! The whole process was absolutely pain-free! If you are looking for a Honda, Armon at Woodland Hills really should be your first stop!
