Jacob was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We enjoyed working with him. He was accommodating of my schedule and went out of his way to take great care of us. The sales mgr Peter Cho was also great to work with.
We never felt pressured. It was one of the nicest car buying experiences, and I have owned several cars including Porsches and Mercedes

First off, kuddos to Jerry. I sent an email the night before Thanksgiving asking about a Kia dealer I had heard about on the show. Jerry wrote back within 2 hours and told me where to go.
He sent me to Mission Viejo Kia to see Alex Chung. Unfortunately it is a 2 1/2 hour drive. Before Alex hooked me up with Omar Heredia for further assistance, I found out Alex had been to Yosemite last year. I was wearing my Yosemite hat and shirt so naturally we starting talking Yosemite. What a great conversation. I told Alex I would send him photos from my years of visits.
I spent the rest of my time with Omar Heredia. We went over the details of my high milage upside down 2021 Sorento. They had a Pearl White Sportage X-line Prestiage Plug In available. My perfect match. Omar was great. Quite a young man, very posed and engaging.
Alex put some numbers together and I left that day to consider my options.
The next day I called Omar to make sure the vehicle I wanted was still available. Omar was off so I left a message for Alex to call me back as he was in a meeting. Alex called back promptly and I headed out for the 2 1/2 hour trip.
When I arrived Alex met me and introduced Daniel Maciel. While Daniel went to get the car ready, Alex and I shared a wonderful conversation about how he came to America from Korea. He specifically spoke of his grandfather who brought him to America. We chatted for 20 or 30 minutes about his coming here without knowing a word of English. We also got a little Yosemite talk in as well. daniel had long since brought the car around but we were so engrossed in conversation.
Then Daniel and I did all the paperwork stuff. Like Alex and Omar, Daniel was a 5 star member of the staff. We chatted about more than my soon to be new car. We talked of education, careers and of course Yosemite. Daniel pledged he will visit someday. It was another enjoyable time with someone from Mission Viejo Kia.
So Jerry, you started this all and I'm sure you wanted far less writen but details, the little things, are important. My experience could not have been better.

Overall, good experience. Especially after going to another car pro dealer that was not good. The salesman gave me the price I asked for and even threw in a cargo tray. The finance guy, however, stressed me out when he was trying to sell me on additional coverage. I had to bring the sales guy back in to calm the environment. Maybe that’s why he threw in the cargo tray? He even offered to pick me up from the train station on the day when I will pick up the car.

Kia Mission Viejo did not disappoint. Kia Mission Viejo is a great dealership, This was the first time we used the Car Pro VIP system it was AMAZING! I contacted Steve Hahn via email, Steve reached out to me right away, on December 30th, I met Trevor at Kia Mission Viejo Trevor is fantastic THE BEST!! we needed to test drive four different new models, my wife and I had many questions on all four test drives we never received I DON'T NO for an answer. After arriving at Mission Viejo Kia dealership, we were greeted by a very welcoming team. We were directed to login to their appointment screen and within 3 minutes, the car Pro rep greeted us and handed us over to Daniel Maciel III. His professionalism and expertise in the car of our choice made the test drive and leasing of the 2025 Kia Seltos S an excellent experience. Was fairly brief. Told him my needs. Showed him the offer to beat. Said he didn’t have that model and couldn’t help me. I marked 4 on price because I didn’t want to make him look bad. We never got to price. Not a great experience. Almost seemed like he didn’t want to deal with me.
