Kevin Jackson and Xavier Luehr were excellent people to deal with at Toyota if Katy. Both responded quickly following my initial submission of the CarPro form. My wife and I went down to the dealership this morning and left at 1230 after completing the deal and all the paperwork for our new Highlander. Our new Highlander will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks and we could not be any happier with our new purchase. We have current Highlander for 10 years. We bought it new in 2015 it is and has been a great vehicle so naturally we went back to the newest model. Thank you CarPro.

Got call from Toyota of Katy and Fred Haas. Bought from Toyota because I visited them first and they had the model I wanted. Jim Wilkinson assigned his new Car Pro rep, Xavier Luerhr, to help me and he was vey knowledgeable and great to work with.

I have contacted a CarPro dealer, Sigmund Coker, stating I am looking for the Toyota Grand Highlander, no additions installed by dealership. He sent me some links but was not very excited about his job. I sent him a note " I thought you were a CarPro". He responded "I provided a competitive quote based on my expertise in the industry". The deal he sent was the same as from 4 other dealers , not CarPros. I am not happy. I just can't buy a car I want. It look like I am forced to buy a car the dealership prepares and loads with options I will never use.

Mr. Sigmund and CarPro made this experience best I ever had. He took me through the entire process not leaving me anywhere deal with others by myself. What a great guy. I feel like I have a good friend in this man and Toyota of Katy. I needed specific running boards and Weather Tech mats and he gave me a great deal on both plus my military discount. This Truck was exactly what I wanted included color and low miles. Such a great experience.

My Car Pro was Sigmund Coker. He knew his stuff. Sticker shock caused me to shift from a Tundra to a Tacoma 4x4. 3.5 hours was longer than expected but all in all a good experience.
