Simon was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic to Trent's situation. He tried very hard to get us in the right car, it just wasn't there due to Trent's limited funds. Financing was offered and will be taken advantage of once we locate the right car with Simon.

While driving from Houston San Antonio, Teno Fontenot responded to my CarPro inquiry. I gave him the VIN # for the vehicle I was interested in. He inform me that 80% of the Honda vehicle were presold and could not guarantee that particular vehicle was there however he indicated he would check. Approximate he call back and inform me that the exact vehicle I inquired had just arrived. He gave me a price that I was happy with and I agreed to the price a place a deposit all by phone and text. He offer to meet me half way between Katy and San Antonio. I ask them to hold the car for 5 days when I return back to Houston. I made an appointment with Teto ‘s sales manager Ken Eborka. The car was prep for delivery and my wife conducted the text drive and inspected the vehicle. We closed the deal and we are happy new car owners. Quick note Every week from January thru December we check the CarPro website for our vehicle. We were able to get our desired colour and model. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

The car buying experience was the easiest we've had in awhile. The financing part was very slow even though they knew my wife was coming in the next day. The finance guy wasnt prepared and she waited over an hour for him to get ready? Thankfully the manager Tino Fontenot stepped and put the pressure on. However she was there for longer than it took to purchase the car. Tino was great

Teno Fontenot was great to work with and offered a reasonable price. His dealership did not have the exterior color Ridgeline that I wanted to purchase or I would have purchased from him.

Worked directly with Ismail Butler Muhammad who was all around outstanding! far above and far beyond. Still took over 4 hours for the whole deal to complete but would not blame Ismail at all but the painful paperwork afterwards instead.
