Everyone was very kind very friendly knew I was when I went back for the second and third time. Alex Rodriguez made sure he came out introduced himself and was very kind. Remember my name when I was back again very kind and very helpful with the vehicle, the only thing I was disappointed in was the financing part that took way longer than necessary when my husband bought his 2016 Jeep Wrangler at the car pro Jeep dealer in Baytown we wouldn’t even give all the information when we went back to pick the vehicle up. We had to do a sign. I mean we were in and out of that dealership in less than 60 minutes we’re here. It took a few hours I mean, not as long as normal, but it could’ve been better.

We recently had an outstanding car buying experience, thanks to James Pipkin (General Sales Manager) and his incredible team at Gulf Coast Toyota in Angleton, TX. Gulf Coast Toyota is a Car Pro dealership and from the moment we walked in, we felt valued and respected. James fostered an environment where transparency and customer satisfaction were clearly top priorities. His team was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to get us a limited availability vehicle, exactly to our specifications without any high-pressure or bait and switch tactics. The negotiation process was smooth, honest, and efficient. Stan Farmer (Sales Professional) and Irving Rosas (Finance Manager) handled all the paperwork seamlessly, and Stan provided a professional overview of the vehicle operation and accessories. We drove off the lot feeling confident in the purchase of our 17th Toyota and were genuinely happy with the entire process. It was refreshing to work with true professionals who clearly love what they do and treat their customers like family. A phenomenal experience all round.

We had another excellent experience with the Gulf Coast Toyota CarProUSA team. After connecting through CarPro.com, we were promptly contacted by James Pipkin, General Sales Manager, and shortly afterward met with him to test drive a new Corolla. James quickly located a 2026 Corolla SE that met our requirements and began the transfer process. We took delivery a few days later, and Louis Barefield, Finance Manager, expedited the documentation in minutes. Overall, the experience was professional, efficient, and well-coordinated from start to finish and you can’t beat CarPro pricing! We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Gulf Coast Toyota!
