They replied by text and returned calls. They did not really seem familiar with the used vehicle that I was looking for. They sent an email to see if I was ready to come in. No reason to come in. Got car fax and responsiveness from a dealer down the road.

Service and courtesy was on point; easy communication and great responsiveness; over and above on customer accommodation; the only caveat is would have preferred, generally speaking, more transparency on what to expect in the financing office for better preparedness….not having much experience in the car-buying process, a bit more guidance on what to expect, decisions to consider BEFORE getting in there would have been helpful, and I’m sure beneficial to all involved. They answered all of our questions, they were super chill about us getting a pre-sale inspection from a local mechanic, the pricing had no add ons or sudden changes (they actually subtracted several hundred dollars from what they initially told us), no warranties were forced on us, super professional sales guy and financing guy, really couldn’t have been better

Ryan Bullock was assigned by the G.M. and was marvelous to work with. I made a deposit on a vehicle in transit three weeks ago that should be here this week. Pricing was very little off sticker price but the vehicle is high demand - the reason I had to take one in transit. When they arrive at the dealership they are already taken. True of every dealership in the Houston market. It was a very easy purchasing process and excellent professional salesmanship. Thank you.

I walked into Fred Haas with my certificate and was immediately met by a sales manager. I was assigned to Mrs Jassoo. She was very helpful and checked the inventory for me. Nothing was found but she said she would keep looking. I left her a list of what I was looking for and told her I would be looking too. I found my vehicle a few nights ago and emailed her to let her know and to thank her for her help. She was excellent in every way.

I asked for 'out the door price' from our first conversation with Ryan Bullard with no dealer add-ons, he agreed. At the end, the sales manager (not Ryan) tried to add dealer add-ons back into the deal. I told him no and he dropped the issue very quickly.

Ryan was very responsive and not high pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota products. We went to the dealership at 4:45 pm not expecting to do a deal that day and drove out with the car around 7:15. Very easy! We did a lease and I don't think we got a deal any better than if we walked in off the street; but, the car buying experience was the best and least stressful that I have ever had.

Did hear back pretty quickly from Ryan Bullock. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I found a used vehicle at another dealer however. No reflection on Ryan, but didn’t find a suitable car at the time I was looking. Would definitely recommend him!

FRED HAAS TOYOTA WORLD CLOSED on Saturday, we headed over to the Fred HAAS cOUNTRY ON 249. Surprised about the Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium, it checked off all the boxes. They low balled us on the trade-in for $14K but came up to $23k when I presented the CarMax offer. I felt that was underhanded. Seems like the CARPRO system is a lead and not anything more than what I could have gotten on my own.

I have to give Fredd Haas Toyota and my Salesman Erick Doerr a five star review for the outstanding service I received at the dealership. My paperwork was finished in about 1 1/2 hours and I could have walked out happy. I bought a used Lexus NX and had no idea how to operate the screen or other devices on the SUV. My salesman Erick Doerr stayed with me all afternoon and had me comfortable to operate the vehicle safely once I left. They have had communications and we do not have the color or model he is looking for. An order would be the only way since all incoming are pre-sold (and none of those are his color preference).

Never spoke to Nate Murphy. Was handed over to Ryan. Wanted new Avalon. Was told one was on the way. Asked for monroney sticker and bottom line out the door price. Offer was MSRP plus $1800. In dealer add ons. Might have done MSRP, but didn't want the add ons.

I want to write to you to share my experience on the Toyota Corolla car that I recently bought from Fred Haas Toyota , with the help of CarProUsa. It was easily my best car buying experience that I have had in my life ( I am 49 years old). The dealer was very upfront with pricing with no surprises until the end. Although it took more than 45 days for the car to reach the Dealer lot, the salesman kept me informed throughout the 45 day waiting period. I would definitely give a 5 star rating to the car dealer and its salesman Ryan Bullock.

Asked for specific out the door pricing - got the standard "come in and see" I actually went to the dealership without notifying the car"pro" worst experience ever. the place was an absolute zoo. The 4 cars that I wanted to see miraculously all sold- that same day. Emailed the car"pro" Fred G directly, because Fred G must have taken my info and passed it on, and told Fred G. the dealership and experience was dismal. No surprise- I have received zero response to date.

I found the CarPro buying experience to be very pleasant. After I filled out the online form on the CarPro website to contact Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring I was quickly contacted by saleman Ryan Bullock. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and assertive. He didn't have the XLE Camry in the color I wanted but told me he could get it- and he did. The buying experience at the dealership was good. There was a long line waiting for Finance so Ryan "went out of order" and had the "IT" person explain the media system and connect my phone to the car. By the time we'd finished that I had a short 10 minute wait for Finance. Happy to report, from beginning to end there were no "gotcha" surprises. A very pleasent experience. Side note: I hoped to buy at Mac Haik in League City because it's closer to my home. While the response was quick the sales person was not as goal-oriented (as Ryan) and told me they couldn't get an XLE with black exterior and grey interrior. Ryan's go-getter attitude was worth a drive to Spring. Thank you Car Pro team for the reviews, guidance, and VIP experience.

I showed up without making an appointment, so I may have thrown people off a bit. The vehicles we looked at were reasonably priced in my opinion and Mr. Brown was knowledgeable. The trade in value for my vehicle was extremely low at Fred Haas though. Still a bit low with the car pro recommended people. Ultimately carmax had reasonably priced and bigger selection of slightly used Highlanders and trade in was $4500 more than Toyota world and $1500 more than the car pro recommended people to sell car to. With the extra tax incentive to trade vs taking cash to get a car elsewhere , it only made sense to trade in to carmax.

I appreciated the upfront and quick negotiating process at the dealership with Christian Brown. I was not entirely happy with the trade in value of the cars I traded in, but they were reasonable, (in fairness, I am never happy with trade in valuation.) Christian made sure there was a Corolla on the lot since I made a 3 hour trip through rush hour traffic to make it to the dealership and still held it even though I was an hour late. There were no unexpected add-ons at signing for the car, and no pressure to add extras like an extended warranty. Christian stayed late and helped us get the electronics paired up with my phone and even answered questions on his day off the next day about issues I was having. Thank you very much Christian! This was probably the best experience I have had buying a car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new Toyota.

I worked with Ryan Bullock through phone, message and email. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he kept me updated untill he found just what I wanted. With the car market being short on inventory, I had to wait a few weeks but I was ok with that. We were in and out in less than three hours. I was looking for a rather rare bird, a Tacoma Limited. No one in the Houston area had one and most dealers just tried to sell me an SR5. However Ryan Bullock located one and it took about 5 days to get here but he kept me posted by phone or email. It did arrive when he said and I was told to come look at it with no obligation to buy. With the current market as it is, I payed a little more than expected. But all in all it is the exact car and color I was looking for. Kudos to Fred Haas Toyota.

As usual I had a great experience. Nate referred me to Ryan Bullock. I needed a Corolla hybrid LE and I didn’t expect there to be any available after hearing all your info. He told me that they had a shipment coming in today and then on the 15th. I had very specific wants that I didn’t want any extra packages, but blind spot monitoring would be great. Color didn’t matter. I met him on Monday and he called me today Wednesday and said there was one coming that met my criteria. He tagged it for me. It’s perfect timing as it should be ready by the first of May. My son from California is coming in for Mother’s Day and will drive it back to California. The dealers there were adding $3000 to $5000 to MSRP. Of course Fred Haas does not for your customers. In this market that’s incredible.

Submitted the form/email. Received a call from Nate Murphy. Looking for a Sienna AWD, soft tex interior (to handle grandkids). Nate called same day and his assistant followed up and set up a test drive for tomorrow (I'll be passing through Houston). Great experience so far. Other dealers offered no test drives or hopes of procuring an AWD Sienna. Love the show (faithfully listening every Saturday, both the Dallas and national shows).

My husband listens to Car Pro Radio on Saturdays noon to three. I really like cars like my Dad but was hesitant to listen to some yackity tack on the radio. However, I started listening and I am now a Car Pro Woman Promoter!! I tell everyone about your radio show, your newsletter and, mainly, your knowledge about ALL cars/trucks/ SUV’s and crossovers in all makes and models. Even old vehicles. Anyway, we almost bought a gorgeous Lincoln Nautilus, after you said what you said about bad backs, but found out they were not a Car Pro guy so we decided to walk. Plus, the price was outrageously high. A 2024 was the same price as a 2025,and, this kid ( he will be really good at what he does when he ages a bit. He was working a late afternoon shift and greeted us at the door at age 19 years old. I am telling you was nice to see a young go getter that knew these Lincoln’s fender to fender and under the hood. He just doesn’t have any power or leverage to deal. AND, we met the dealing Sales Manager, he is a Sales Manager for sure but the deal stalled at the young man anyway. So, we walked away and said let’s go to Fred Haus Toyota World. We messed up on the day of the Lincoln trial because we had stopped at the other Fred Haus Toyota that isn’t a Car Pro Guy place. They wanted $110,000 for a regular platinum Toyota 2025 Sequoia. We walked away. Well, the weather turned really bad so we had to head back to Katy, Texas without a new SUV. However, I had our certificates with us, we were ready to buy do four days later, we talked to Ryan Bullick, he had the vehicle ready for us. He was awesome, the finance manager got us down to 4.5% financing after what was left after our $50,000 down. We paid more for this truck than our first house in 1995!!! It was little too! 1,585 sq. Feet. Now we run in 3,900 squ.Feet. My Husband has worked 45 years and I here and there. Campbell’s Soup Rep. for 6.5 years, Russell Stover two years - lived the candy but not the owners, Gerber 1.5 years during the late ‘90’s lay offs then we had our daughter in January 2004 and purchased our 1st 4-Runner, still have it. She is 21, the SUV is 21 with over 300,000 miles on it, runs like a champ still going and it’s name is Blue Jay. I had one big problem with the 2004. We had moved to Frisco, Texas and zi was heading to Houston because my husband interviewed and went back to work for Citgo Petroleum. Just retired after 31 years there!! Ya! Well, on Highway 45, the Master Cylinder and Booster went out with just my daughter and myself in Rush hour on I45. All these bells and whistles went off, scared me to no end. Abby stayed calm believe it or not and she was only eight years old. Anyway, I saw a eating place or place to stop finer for gas a 1/2 mile ahead so I went for it. I get the book out and look to see what this is……..the first thing it says, turn off the vehicle and DO NOT DRIVE. Well wow! Guess that should have been on the dash somewhere but I made it. Very thankful too I tell you!! This was back in the day when AAA was in my excellent level, they came and hauled my daughter and me to Corsicana Toyota. We stayed in a LaQuinta that had a snake in the lobby. My daughter was fascinated. I was not. To make a long story not so long, they didn’t have the parts, rented a vehicle, finally fixed, went back to get it. Keep in mind, my husband is in Houston and we are in Frisco, Texas (a great area to live with children and smaller neighborhood schools). Next, after the I 45 incident, in 2013, we purchased 2013 Limited 4-Runner that has 250,000 miles and runs fantastic. We have had a big issue with this one as the suspension went out right before the extra warranty we purchased for $2,000 extra ran out. So, what a relief, the suspension was covered. We still aren’t sure that Don McGill Katy, Texas really fixed it though. When we go north in the cold, it really bangs hard on the bumps because it’s so cold out. Overall, Toyotas are great, have longevity, luxurious as you want. I could live in our new 1794 Edition Sewuoia, I can sleep in it. Just drove 1,600 miles and my back feels great, the running boards are fantastic. I am 5feet tall so everything helps. The downside is gas mileage. Only made 16 on the highway and said it should be 21/23. So, we will have to visit this issue, my husband needs to learn to stop punching it and throwing me around the vehicle on take offs and landings because there is so much power in this beauty. Anyway, fast, efficient process with Car Pro “the way!” To buy your next vehicle. Like I said, I tell everyone about you and, now I know first hand, why! You equals experience and knowledge and results. Thank you very much!! I knew I wasn’t going to drive a Lincoln just yet but I can say I and my husband are both, now, 4th Generation Toyota owners. We bought our 21 year old, well she’s buying it, a 2019 Camry and she enjoys the heck out of it. Hard for her 65 year old sickly Mama to get in and out of but I manage. Oh, and the 1784 Edition’s first name is ToTo1BluebonnetSparkle! The dark blue metallic sparkly paint is gorgeous!! Fred Haus Toyota World is awesome. Ryan Bullock was on the ball and very attentive to what we wanted. And, my husband still wants a Highlander. Well, I still want a Lincoln or Lexus Sedan to run around in too. However, we will drive ToTo 1 until we die and, then, give the life left in it to outer daughter. She will drive it and enjoy my every Mile she puts in it!!! Thank you!

She was very frustrated with the car salespeople she had been talking to, when I decided to step in and help. Ryan Bullock with Fred Haas Toyota World returned my request and everything went as I had hoped. My girlfriend picked up her car and told me to write a recommendation for Ryan and tell everyone that she could not have been treated better, She couldn’t say enough kind things about Ryan and the ease of dealing with him and the overall experience. The visit with Toyota World was only about a lease issue I have with Haas Toyota Country. Toyota Country is trying to add on a “Management Fee” since I wish to purchase the car at the end of the lease. That fee is not in my lease agreement. Salesman said the fee could be as much as $1000 and could not explain fully what the fee was for. Jerry Reynolds suggested I contact Nate Murphy at Haas Toyota World. An associate of Nates ,Ryan, contacted me the very next day and said that the fee was not right and that at the end of my lease to come see him and that I can do the transaction with him. I have purchased two Toyota’s from Toyota World in the past and will do my next new purchase with the Nate -Ryan team. I appreciate them saying they will do the right thing and not try to scam me. Toyota Country you are permanently out of my life and Toyota World you are my forever friend .

I have had a good experience with Ryan Bullock; however, I have yet to meet Nate Murphy. We are living in times of uncharted waters so I do understand the car buying experience will be quite different from what we all are accustomed. I have not received my Tundra yet but I will make it a point to visit with Nate before closing this deal.

My CarProUSA experience was NOT a VIP experience! Ryan Bullock could not have acted LESS interested in helping me. He rarely returned my calls, did not set up an appointment, and rarely communicated. He didn't remember my name or car info I was interested in purchasing. I only had 2 conversations with him and I had to initiate both. My last conversation was on Friday (Nov. 19th) for 5 minutes in which he said he would "move some things around and get back to me in about an hour." I never heard from him. I visited Don Magill Toyota in Katy on Saturday and was greeted and promised a car within 10 days. I then received a text this morning from Ryan saying he couldn't find the car and would I accept another color? I didn't respond to him because I was at Mac Haik Toyota where I purchased the RAV4 XSE Hybrid that I wanted. Ryan Bullock was a HUGE disappointment as a CarProUSA Representative! I wasted an entire week trying to communicate with him. CarProUSA deserves better representation!
