With the car market being short on inventory, I had to wait a few weeks but I was ok with that. We were in and out in less than three hours. My son will need a new car in a few months and I will be sending him to Ryan for his purchase.

Esther Garza showed me the features of the dashboard and was VERY helpful. I would not be able to figure out all the features by myself. It pays to be a repeat customer! We are a repeat CarPro VIP to Fred Haas Toyota World. Our first vehicle, a 2022 Highlander, was declared a total loss in early Dec (and it was only 6 months old...). We were so pleased with our hassle-free (i.e., haggle-free) experience at Fred Haas Toyota World that we returned to the same salesperson. He was able to secure us a new 2023 Highlander coming in January. If only the total loss insurance process were so easy! We are so appreciative of our Fred Haas Toyota World salesperson and his help with finding a new vehicle during this tough time of inventory shortages.

The salesman was Ryan Bullock. I was helping my girlfriend buy a new car. She had recently had an accident and her car was a total loss. She was very frustrated with the car salespeople she had been talking to, when I decided to step in and help. Ryan Bullock with Fred Haas Toyota World returned my request and everything went as I had hoped. My girlfriend picked up her car and told me to write a recommendation for Ryan and tell everyone that she could not have been treated better, She couldn’t say enough kind things about Ryan and the ease of dealing with him and the overall experience. I take my hat off to Ryan and Jerry along with the rest of the CarPro family.

Submitted the form/email. Received a call from Nate Murphy. Looking for a Sienna AWD, soft tex interior (to handle grandkids). Nate called same day and his assistant followed up and set up a test drive for tomorrow (I'll be passing through Houston). Great experience so far. Other dealers offered no test drives or hopes of procuring an AWD Sienna. Love the show (faithfully listening every Saturday, both the Dallas and national shows).

I visited the dealer that we leased our last three vehicles to give them an opportunity to price the SUV we were considering. Got the run-around - items added to the invoice and an offer for a "better deal" from the manager as I left.<br>Made an appointment with Fred Haas after your response to my question about ending my lease early to get the year end deal. Met with Ryan Bullock and within a few minutes worked a deal. Ryan was very helpful an assisted me with data regarding the cost difference between a gas model and hybrid. We ended up with a 2021 Hybrid Highlander in the color my wife wanted and when we came back to pick up the car, he told my wife that he would add the running boards she wanted at no cost. The new 2021 vehicle was leased at a lower price than the 2019 model we turned in. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to CarPro USA we ended up with a great deal, canceled the lease on the old car, and are now in the position to take advantage of the end-of-year deals from now on. CarPro and Fred Haas are the best!

The car pro process was very easy. After applying for my VIP pass the next day I received a phone call from the dealer to set up an appointment. Upon arrival we were introduced to Ryan. He is very easy to work with and very helpful. We went to get my son a certified used Corolla and ended up getting a brand new 2021 Corolla for $2k more. We were in and out in less than 2 hours! We couldn't be happier.

This is the response I received within hours of my email: <br><br>Thank you for being a loyal Car Pro supporter. As part of being Houston's only Car Pro Authorized Toyota Dealer for Jerry Reynolds we are #1 volume Dealer in the entire Gulf States Region 17 years running. I would like to schedule your VIP Priority appointment as I have a few openings this Sunday. <br>We are also the only dealership closed for sales on Saturday but conveniently OPEN on SUNDAY.<br><br>Should I pencil you in for tomorrow about 1?<br><br>Jim Wilkinson<br>Sales Director<br><br>I met with Jim the following day and we went through what I wanted and my budget. Jimmy, the Internet Sales Manager, contacted me early on and communicated regularly during my search. Since Fred Haas Toyota is over an hour drive from my home, I wanted to also consider the Sterling McCall Toyota only 5 miles from me. I was not impressed there and drove 10 miles further to another Sterling McCall location in SW Houston. There, I was very impressed with the personnel and the price. However, I felt I owed it to myself (and to CarProUSA) to give Haas the opportunity to satisfy my needs. For that, I am VERY happy I did. The discount off MSRP was more than the other proposals. And, the allowance on my trade-in was no less than the other offers I had received. Jimmy is a no-nonsense business professional who treated me with respect, patience, and understanding. Jimmy had the exact model I wanted and I am very pleased with the purchase. In fact, I am now considering helping my daughter purchase a new Hybrid Venza. In January, I will be contacting Jimmy for assistance with that purchase at Fred Haas. <br><br>Another person I want to compliment at Fred Haas Toyota is the Finance Manager who worked with me. That was Peter Cardona, an Air Force veteran who has become an excellent financial closer. Being over the age of 70, I have purchased many autos for myself and family members in the past. Compared to others, Peter knew the answers to all my questions regarding maintenance plans and service agreements, which I did add to my purchase. We worked together to maximize my benefits under the financing program offered by Toyota (1.9% interest) while keeping my down payment and monthly payments as I wanted. Peter and Jimmy were an excellent team in satisfying my needs and I will be sending Mr. Nate Murphy, VP/GM, a copy of this review. I have to give Fredd Haas Toyota and my Salesman Erick Doerr a five star review for the outstanding service I received at the dealership. My paperwork was finished in about 1 1/2 hours and I could have walked out happy. I bought a used Lexus NX and had no idea how to operate the screen or other devices on the SUV. My salesman Erick Doerr stayed with me all afternoon and had me comfortable to operate the vehicle safely once I left. The visit with Toyota World was only about a lease issue I have with Haas Toyota Country. Toyota Country is trying to add on a “Management Fee” since I wish to purchase the car at the end of the lease. That fee is not in my lease agreement. Salesman said the fee could be as much as $1000 and could not explain fully what the fee was for. Jerry Reynolds suggested I contact Nate Murphy at Haas Toyota World. An associate of Nates ,Ryan, contacted me the very next day and said that the fee was not right and that at the end of my lease to come see him and that I can do the transaction with him. I have purchased two Toyota’s from Toyota World in the past and will do my next new purchase with the Nate -Ryan team. I appreciate them saying they will do the right thing and not try to scam me. Toyota Country you are permanently out of my life and Toyota World you are my forever friend .

It was easily my best car buying experience that I have had in my life ( I am 49 years old). The dealer was very upfront with pricing with no surprises until the end. Although it took more than 45 days for the car to reach the Dealer lot, the salesman kept me informed throughout the 45 day waiting period. My CarProUSA experience was NOT a VIP experience! Ryan Bullock could not have acted LESS interested in helping me. He rarely returned my calls, did not set up an appointment, and rarely communicated. He didn't remember my name or car info I was interested in purchasing. I only had 2 conversations with him and I had to initiate both. My last conversation was on Friday (Nov. 19th) for 5 minutes in which he said he would "move some things around and get back to me in about an hour." I never heard from him. I visited Don Magill Toyota in Katy on Saturday and was greeted and promised a car within 10 days. I then received a text this morning from Ryan saying he couldn't find the car and would I accept another color? I didn't respond to him because I was at Mac Haik Toyota where I purchased the RAV4 XSE Hybrid that I wanted. Ryan Bullock was a HUGE disappointment as a CarProUSA Representative! I wasted an entire week trying to communicate with him. CarProUSA deserves better representation!

Fred Haas Toyota and Ryan (and Ashley) were absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! We never once had to worry about not being happy with the quoted sale price of my new 2021 Tundra CrewMax 4x4. I even checked with my local dealer (from whom we have bought before) for a comparable deal but they couldn't compete. Talked back/forth for about a week, starting on Sunday, trying to find a truck in their inventory that met my requirements (and even second-guessing the Voodoo Blue color I originally wanted). I stuck with the original color and picked it up on Friday night. Absolutely couldn't be happier and expect that we'll certainly go back to FHT for any future Toyotas! As my first time dealing with FHT (although I've bought Toyotas from two different Houston-area dealers previously), they exemplify the CarPro mentality of establishing a customer for life. Incredibly pleasing experience and I continue to be surprised by their commitment in subsequent conversations with them since the sale.

Signed up on the CarPro USA website and received a call in a few minutes from Fred Haas. I told the sales guy (not the guy listed on the website) what I was looking for and he said he would call me right back. I never heard back from him. Ended up buying a Honda down the street. Nothing like the great service I experienced with Jorge Lopez at Tomball Ford previously.

One of the things that might have made this experience better was that I was more prepared ( knew what car I wanted ect.) but one thing that did stand out that was very different than my previous non-CarPro experiences were the extras that were offered up front without haggling. The interest rate was lowered from what we initially agreed to. There was a better warranty that was worth the minor payment increase (I'm a major cheapskate so if I thought it was a good deal it must have been really good). There were a couple of others I can't remember too well as it was a bit shocking to just keep getting them without having to fight for every nickel and dime.

Just out of curiosity I visited a new dealership that is not a Carprousa Certified Dealer and got a major hassle. I was out of there after about 15 minutes and was totally turned off! They were more interested in selling what they wanted as opposed to liste9to my needs. After a few days, printed the certificate, visited the Certified Toyota Dealership on Monday. Ryan Bullock sat down with me, listened to my goals, gave me several options and answered all my questions. We found a new 2021 Corolla LT and they gave me much more for my trade in than I was expecting! I am very happy with is experience!

I was looking for a rather rare bird, a Tacoma Limited. No one in the Houston area had one and most dealers just tried to sell me an SR5. However Ryan Bullock located one and it took about 5 days to get here but he kept me posted by phone or email. It did arrive when he said and I was told to come look at it with no obligation to buy. With the current market as it is, I payed a little more than expected. But all in all it is the exact car and color I was looking for. Kudos to Fred Haas Toyota.

My wife wanted a specific color and did not mind the short wait. It was a great experience and really appreiciate the recomendation of this dealership! As usual I had a great experience. Nate referred me to Ryan Bullock. I needed a Corolla hybrid LE and I didn’t expect there to be any available after hearing all your info. He told me that they had a shipment coming in today and then on the 15th. I had very specific wants that I didn’t want any extra packages, but blind spot monitoring would be great. Color didn’t matter. I met him on Monday and he called me today Wednesday and said there was one coming that met my criteria. He tagged it for me. It’s perfect timing as it should be ready by the first of May. My son from California is coming in for Mother’s Day and will drive it back to California. The dealers there were adding $3000 to $5000 to MSRP. Of course Fred Haas does not for your customers. In this market that’s incredible.

I know these are difficult times so I gave them a 3 instead of lower. Previously you assisted us with purchasing a Subaru Assent at Gilman in Houston (Manny) who was a 5 plus. I attempted to get an appointment with Ryan at least 4 - 5 days before I got any response. I drove from Missouri City to Fred Haas ( almost an hour) for my appointment today with Ryan. He was not there so they had me talk to a very nice young man who didn't have much of anything to show me. It would have been nice if Ryan would have talked to me by phone explaining that they didn't have what I wanted and would contact me when they do have the inventory. I did not have the VIP experience we had with Gilman Subaru. I personally hope you will reevaluate your Houston area Toyota dealer. Central to the Houston metropolitan would also be appreciated.

My experience with car dealers has not been great. Some were rude, nasty and very confrontational. Christian at FHT World changed all that. He was very attentive and polite. He seemed very interested in making sure I was comfortable. I ended up buying the Toyota RAV4 and really enjoy it. I am an avid listener to CarPro. I've had good and not so good car buying experiences over the years, and because this was my first CarPro buying experience, I didn't know what to expect. After filling out the information on the CarPro website, I was contacted by Ryan promptly. I'll admit that I shopped a few other dealers to see what was available and at what price. Ryan admitted later that he threw his best number at me knowing that I might have a few others involved. A great number it was, and more than that, Ryan gave me room to make my decision. He was laid back and confident in the process. I've been in sales my entire life, and I can say "cool, calm, and collected" goes a long way.
