I called the GM at the dealership. I received a call back a couple of days later. By the time I spoke with the sales person the used vehicle was sold. They offered to assist in locating another vehicle, however, unsuccessfully. We were interested in a reliable used computer vehicle under $12,000. Carpro service and follow up was excellent. From the moment I walked in everyone was nice and helpful in a genuine way. I was able to be cared for by Clarence and he was able to hyper focus on my wants and needs while working with my budget. One purchase day, the general manager shook my hand and even called as a follow up to make sure the process was going smoothly. Juan was my finance manager and he got me in and out. Even though they were going through a company change, Bayway didn’t skip a beat in personability, customer service, and SLAs. I appreciate the Bayway Kia family.
