Marissa reached out to me about 5 minutes after I submitted my email through your website. We talked about what I was looking for and she had a truck waiting for me to look at when my wife and I arrived at the dealership. We test drove that truck and ended up buying it. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. Very low pressure' and laid back atmosphere. Joshua Fichter even checked in on us several times during our process. Lee Clanton was an Outstanding Representative of the Dealership. We had an 11:00 AM appointment on a Saturday and left there at 7:00 PM. He spent the time educating, explaining and reviewing our options to allow us to make the right decision. There was Never Any Pressure to Buy, A Very Honest and Knowledgeable Representative that had multiple recommendations before and after the purchase. When we went to pickup the Truck on Tuesday he spent several hours connecting our phones and explaining all of the features. The only reason I didn't buy a truck from them was that mine was stolen, and just as I was going to make a deal on a truck, a Police Officer called me to say he found my truck and decent shape. Mr. Jerry The Car Pro Guy was very nice to set me up with 5 Star Ford. I did lose my tool's and radio, but i can recover that. Thankful no one was hurt. Thank God for the Policemen working 24/7. We found what we wanted to look at online, emailed him the stock number Sunday evening. He met us Monday morning a little before the the show room opened. I was kept updated on the build and delivery through out. This was 6th vehicle my family has bought through the CarPro system and it has been great and easy every time. I have been listening to the Car Pro Jerry Reynolds and his side kick Kevin for many years. So it was time for me to make a purchased and I followed the process. As I have said on his radio show a few times, it is as easy as going on and buying a loaf of bread. Just follow the process. At 5 Star Ford NRH, they most laid back easy going comfortable dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with, I find it hard to believe sometimes, I am at a car dealership. I am what they call a senior citizen now, and I have purchased many many cars from a lot of different dealerships. The experience with CarPro dealers is nothing like I had experienced before. My sales person was Crystal Sanders. It is the second time I have worked with her. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Although she did not have the vehicle I wanted on their lot, one was coming in from the factory. It arrived a couple of days later. She called me. Mel a Ford salesman was eating at Whataburger and talked to him about Maverick price point and the fuel and he put me on his list to get on the Ford list to order 2024 Maverick. Two weeks ago Mel called me to order a Maverick but I checked out a hybrid Tundra which proved to be for towing not for gas mileage. Then Wednesday Mel called and reported he had an ordered Maverick available so I bought it Wednesday after a test drive. Mel was cordially frank and answered my questions and we purchased that Maverick. Then the closing staff was cordial and gave us all the options with little pressure. Overall I was please and Mel delivered my truck at 7:00pm that evening.

This was my third time buying a car from this dealership. The first two times went well, this last time was not a good experience. Based on the last two cars I thought I could depend on them to give me a fair price. I paid MSRP which I was expecting but they underpriced my trade-in substantially.
They offered $19000 and said they could only sell the car for $22000 after spending $1500 to prep it. This was a lie. They listed it on their lot for $28000 the next day.
The financing rate I got was not a good deal either.
My fault for accepting the offers and not being prepared with backup but I won't be going back and I won't be trusting a Carpro dealer to give me a fair deal next time just because they are Carpro.

I was seriously pleased with Joshua Fichter, Gary White, and Marissa (last name?). There was some sort of mix up in the texting between Gary and I. Gary got Marissa on it and somehow both of them gave me to Joshua Fichter. Marissa and Joshua treated me like I was ordering a $100000 Lightning, when all I ordered was a Maverick. The advise given by Joshua and Marissa was awesome. The explanation regarding the ordering, manufacturing and shipping process was second to none. Through our conversation it was discovered that I am a retiree from American Airlines and was entitled to an "X" plan discount which was immediately applied. Short story, in 2017 I bought an F150 from 5 Star, in 2022 I ordered a Maverick Lariat, if I have a midlife crisis I will give 5 star a call. Thank you Gary, Joshua, Marissa and CarPro.

All of the employees there are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their customer service and want to create a great and fun environment for their customers. We told them what we wanted in a truck and they didn't waste any time on getting us the information and they were easy to work with on negotiating price. It was a no pressure purchase and we didn't waste the whole day there. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle purchase!

I originally called Joshua at 5 Star Ford and was then handed off to Rick Dike. I totally understand Joshua as the GM passing me along to someone else for two reasons. First and most importantly, Joshua was about to undergo some surgery. I here he is doing well by the way. Second, I was purchasing a used vehicle rather than new. I was very pleased with Rick and as it terns out we had a lot in common, know some of the same people from our respective time at lake Grapevine. in fact we rode out a very severe storm together about 5 years ago, we just didn't know it. All-in-all I have a very good, no pressure experience even in F&I which is never a fun place. Thanks for all you do for the automotive public Jerry & team.

Inquired about a 2023 Used Explorer. Salesman stated the internet price of $42K was firm and that's what they would get for the car, which left me a little miffed. I restarted my search process and long story short: My wife now has a new non-Ford car in our garage. In the past I have looked only at Five Star Dealerships and been most happy, this would have been my 5th car purchase from Five Star(not at NRH). The irony is this Explorer is on their website this morning for $39K, I would have purchased for 41K if the salesman would have just tried. You win some and lose some, this time we BOTH lost. No hard feelings, I know that overall Five Star is the best in North Texas!

I requested, and allowed to take the ST on an extended test drive.
Leased 1 of the 2, delivered from the factory, one day earlier (where recall issues were done from at factory)!
I had been waiting to drive a ST, since May recall (no ST could be delivered)!
I had spoken to Joshua and Marisa several times while waiting for a test drive.
Above and Beyond-I drove it home that day! While many had to wait until recall parts were available from Ford!!
My only regret is I should have leased for more miles per year (my miscalculation).
During the wait, I also emailed Jerry, through the CP website and took his advice to wait on the ST, instead of looking at other similar SUV’s!
This was my fourth new Explorer from 5 Star NRH.

The problem we really into was the cars we were looking at didn't for us well. The cars that we sat in hurt my back. We were disappointed that we couldn't buy new from this dealership. But we're still looking to buy used from them if they get anything in were interested in soon.

The experience went very good for my daughter. The only thing I would of liked to see is it happen a little faster. Would like to see the buying process go a little faster, she was there from 1-8 pm But they did give her a fair trade in value on her 2016 pickup, towards the 2018 pickup.
