The vehicle was priced fairly, but I had to negotiate to get a better price for my trade-in vehicle. Multi-point inspection deficiencies were corrected by the dealer. Pre-sale communications were good; post-sale communications need improvement.

I bought a Ram at Moritz in Fort Worth today. I appreciate your information and your program, but I failed to see any advantage of being a Carpro VIP. I briefly met Todd Coleman and Bruce Chatterjee, but they quickly handed me off to Al Pounds. All three were nice enough, but I encountered the same treatment when I bought previous cars. The sales people were the good cops and the finance guy was the bad cop. Me being a CP Vip did not have any bearing on the price. the sale price was hanging on the inside mirror and they would not deviate from that price. I made it to the finance person and he tried to guilt me into an extended warranty and a few other items, all of which I rejected, which set him into a quiet mood. Really was a below average experience and nothing to "write home about". Al did a good job, but the price bothered me.

I worked mostly with Walter Heigel. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Walter Heigle made it easy to test drive and pick up the spare key late in the day on weekdays in order to accommodate my schedule. He was easily accessible by phone and flexible and accommodating to my circumstances. He kept his commitments. He answered my questions when I picked up the vehicle, and demonstrated various features which made things much easier. Kevin, the salesman who I test drove with, was also helpful and good to work with.
