Everyone I met there was so nice and professional. Chris made the process painless. The only thing I don't like is the mandatory add-ons that you get whether you want them or not. Window tinting on top of factory tinting, door edge guards, door handle guards amounted to almost as much as the discount I got.

This was the best dealership experience we've ever experienced. Chris's product expertise was extensive, he even had our vehicle on the showroom floor!! Chris was very patient and took as long as was necessary to ensure we fully understood everything about our CRV. Thanks Round Rock Honda!

Nice and friendly. Liked that i was connected to the sales manager and he applied a discount on the base at the start. Took a long ~5 hr to close deal and drive out.. slow to me considering i had a stock # picked and paid cash. Was disapointed with suprise of 2 dealer expensive add ons (tint and "diamond" paint protector) that had to be absorbed off-setting the discount.
