But first, how do we find these dealerships? We explain below.
How CarPro Vets Auto Dealers
CarPro certifies the best automotive professionals in large metro areas across the country. After being in the car business for over 20 years, we know that most people dread the car-buying process — it’s why we started CarPro.
The CarPro team takes the time to personally vet the best car dealerships. Our professionals go into each dealership unannounced, and they take the time to check out every aspect of the operation. Were they greeted warmly at the door? Were the car salespeople friendly and knowledgeable? Is the service department clean and organized? These and other factors are taken into consideration.
Once a dealership passes that test, they are approached about becoming a Certified CarPro dealer. Only seven sales reps at a dealership can be certified. So how does CarPro hold these Certified CarPro reps accountable? Each rep must maintain a 4 out of 5-star average rating or better. If they don’t, CarPro will no longer certify the dealer’s reps.
