It's the best-selling luxury vehicle in America. According to Car and Driver, 80,000+ new Lexus RX's have hit the road in the U.S. so far this year. And yes, you can still find 2025s on Car Pro dealer lots as of this writing.
The 2025 Lexus RX 350 I bring you this week is the AWD F SPORT HANDLING variant. Note, there are F SPORT Design and F SPORT Performance trims as well. The F SPORT Handling adds driving upgrades to the Design variant. While the top-range F SPORT Performance model gives you a power upgrade with a turbo hybrid powertrain.
Exterior
If you want to stand out from the sea of RXs on the road, and there are a lot of them, Grecian Water is the way to do it.

It pairs well with the F SPORT Handling's 21-inch alloy wheels with gloss black metallic finish and other black trimmed elements like the power-folding and heated outer mirrors.
Up front this vehicle has standard BI-LED headlamps, but you can upgrade to Lexus' Triple-Beam LEDs. LED fog lights are standard. It's a stylish looking ride all around.
Performance
A 2.4-liter 4-cylinder turbo delivers 275 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. The powertrain is mated to a smooth-shifting 8-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. The F Sport Handling is also equipped with adaptive variable suspension, which improves ride quality over the base model.
Interior
The RX interior delivers Lexus' brand of luxury on cue. It's well-crafted and designed, and eschews the "openness" trend other automakers like Hyundai and Kia have taken to.

The cabin is mid-size SUV roomy, but has a cozy feel. Black F SPORT NuLUXE-trimmed heated and ventilated seats encase you in comfort. They also have cushiony headrests with F SPORT on them. Other F SPORT Handling features include a F SPORT heated and leather-trimmed steering wheel, aluminum pedals, wireless charger, ambient thematic ambient illumination, and color head-up display.

A 12.3-inch color digital driver display is standard across the lineup. A package upgrades a standard 9.8-inch touchscreen display to the available 14-inch that runs Lexus' intuitive multimedia system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You'll control steering wheel and seat climate functions using haptic touch sensors underneath the display screen, although there are large dials to adjust the temperature. An optional 21-speaker Mark Levinson sound system sounds terrific and there are 6 USB-C ports in the cabin.

A slim well-designed center console looks the part of polished with the mix of leather, glossy black, and quality hardware and silver trim. The short leather-wrapped gear shift knob is an adjustment if you are used to bigger ones and you'll definitely want to practice putting it into Neutral before heading through the car wash.

The second-row is roomy and certainly comfortable, but no second-row heated outboard seats on this trim. You also lose a bit of headroom due to stadium seating - a common occurrence these days. A center console armrest has storage space and small extending cupholders. Cargo space is great for a SUV this size and there's a tonneau cover to cover valuables.
Ride and Drive
The RX 350 didn't become the best-selling luxury vehicle without delivering a ride and drive approved of by the masses. While not particularly exciting to drive, the RX is enjoyable to drive. Let's put it this way - whereas I describe the lineup's top-range RX 500h as "fantastic", the RX 350 AWD is "pleasant". (Perhaps the comparison isn't quite fair as the 500h Performance has 366 horses, but you get the idea.) The 350's ride is comfortable, quiet and smooth, aided by the F Sport Handling's Adaptive Variable Suspension. Acceleration is confident and the F Sport Handling receives more powerful brakes than the standard model. Overall, the 350 AWD's driving dynamics will please plenty of drivers.
Safety
Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 it Lexus' latest terrific suite of driver assistance features. Also standard: Blind Spot monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert. Digital Latch with Safe Exit Assist, and Intuitive Parking Assist with Auto Braking.
Options and What You'll Pay
Options include the Convenience Package ($1,670), Panorama Glass Roof ($500), Mark Levinson sound system ($2,265), Power Rear Door with Kick Sensor ($150), Tech Package ($475).

Carpet Cargo mat ($150), Illuminated door sills. ($460), Side puddle lamps ($175) and wheel locks ($99). Price as equipped is roughly $65K.
Verdict
The Lexus RX 350 is an overall great SUV - as its sales numbers attest to. It looks great in the driveway, its luxurious, comfortable, and the build quality is exceptional. With no big changes for 2026, you could still snag a remaining 2025 for a great deal.
