Worked with Ivan Ventura at Tustin Hyundai and he was really great. He was friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Initial contact and pricing info was via text and phone. Once we agreed to pricing (lease of vehicle) Ivan went to work to secure a red colored Ionic 5 which was somewhat rare and not in his inventory. By that evening he sent me a text with a picture of the car I wanted sitting at his dealership and asked when I would like to come and get it. He also did a great job and took a lot of time with me to explain and help setup the many features on the car. I have purchased many new cars over my 83 years and working with Ivan and Tustin Hyundai was perhaps the easiest and best I have had.

The experience with Jonathan at Gilman Subaru Southwest was excellent we loved how quickly and smooth all the process went less than a couple of hours. The purchase has completed and we have the car washed and filled up and ready to go. Thanks Scarboro for helping us get through this process so fast and easy.

All we can say is WOW! It was a great experience to work with Kelly at Classic Chevrolet on Hwy 6. She was very responsive when communicating with us and she did not pressure us at all. We spent several hours with her test driving several different trim packages of the Traverse, before leaving for the day to talk about the options.   A week later we contacted her about what we had decided and she located the perfect vehicle for us. They worked with us on the price and got us to where we felt comfortable. We cannot say enough about Kelly, Lloyd, and the other managers who assisted us at Classic. They made the process press free and easy.

I arrived at McCombs Ford West at my appointment time. I was greeted immediately by Ken and Curtis. I looked at several Mavericks and chose the one I wanted. A deal was made with little hassle  EZ PZ

I followed the Car Pro process and then called the dealership to get the process started on Thursday and spoke with Jim Feinstein who told me that he would check the pricing on the CX-5 that I wanted. On Friday he called with the pricing I wanted! I made airline reservations for Saturday. Josh, Jim's associate followed up with me in the morning and asked if we would like a ride from the airport to the dealership. Picked me up at the curb, took me to the dealer and two hours later my wife and I were on our way to the beach in our new car with Chick-fil-a provide by the dealer! My wife was happy that we did not get the run around, all went smoothly and loves the car.  I can’t say how terrific and low stress this process was even though we flew 350 miles from Sacramento to get the car!
