Alejandro Moreno greeted me. He was awesome!!!! He walked me through the various features on the Platinum to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He did ALL the paperwork to make sure I qualified for financing. Very knowledgeable. Gave me a fair price for my 2009 Nissan Versa as a trade in. Flavio, the finance CS rep was kind and professional. As a Car Pro subscriber I presumed I would be working directly with Linda. I never met or saw her. I am NOT disappointed because Alejandro and Flavio were perfect!!! Nissan of Tustin is a very clean, friendly, non-pressure dealer to purchase from. I highly recommend this store. I would say the whole process is painless. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle by myself. As a mature female, I felt respected. Thank you!!

With the chip shortage it can be difficult to find a new SUV in the exact color and trim that is desired. I assumed that to get a Nissan Pathfinder SL in the color that I wanted and with 4 wheel drive that I would have to order the car and wait for delivery. After downloading a CarProUSA Priority Pass my wife and I met Linda Webber at Nissan of Tustin. Linda explained that currently Nissan wasn't accepting orders. In the time that it took for my wife and I to take a test drive, Linda had located a new Pathfinder at another dealership in exactly the color and trim that we wanted. We took delivery of our new Pathfinder the following morning. Thank You to Linda Webber and Mark Smith for treating us like family and delivering the exact car that we were shopping for!

I told Linda she was my "guardian Angel" because even though I did not purchase a car, she responded to my inquiry call which I had made to her, literally, while waiting for my daughter's totaled car to be towed away. I called Linda because I had recalled Jerry having mentioned her on the air. Her calm demeanor and sincere concern for our well being went beyond her professional title as car sales agent. Linda listened, answered my questions, and even followed up via email as to how we were doing. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone purchasing a car from Nissan of Tustin. You'll receive much more than an automobile.<br>

Though I found that the vehiclie I THOUGHT I wanted...2020 Nissan Armada...was not really the one that suited my needs, Linda went out of her way to help me. She was responsive, informative and interested in matching my needs to the Nissan product line. And, when I found that the vehicle I really needed was a 2020 Ford Expedition, Linda was happy for me and wished my success. I liked that.

I had a fantabulous experience with Linda Weber and her team, especially, Connor and the finance rep. They were able to help me get a 2022 Nissan without any hustle. My wife's experience with another dealer in November last year( Not CarPro) was totally opposite. Now she will like to refer Linda and her team to others.
