ThisCar is my 3rd CarPro deal, and it was vastly different than with CarPro dealers Bayway Lincoln and Don McGill Toyota. With ThisCar there was no ushering through. We spent about 4 hrs at their facility. Also, I traded my Lincoln MKC based on their online offer of $4001 (plus sales tax reimbursement). When writing up the deal, ThisCar’s offer for my MKC changed to $3,100 (plus sales tax reimbursement). In short, we negotiated to $3,400 (plus sales tax reimbursement). In my opinion, ThisCar should have honored their written online offer of $4,001 (plus sales tax reimbursement). But the thing that bothered me the most, not one ThisCar person acknowledged the CarPro to us. We introduced ourselves to our fantastic sales person, JP, and the finance person, as CarPro VIP Customers. We received a pleasant smile, but no affirmation (ie. We’re so happy to be your CarPro Dealer). The experience left us wondering if ThisCar even knew of Jerry Reynolds the CarPro, Especially after reviewing signed docs which included ThisCar Service Fee of $289.50, Overnight Fees $108.68, Doc Fee $225.00. I’ve heard Jerry talk about doc fees on his radio program. Granted, it was our responsibility to review and question these fees before signing. It just doesn’t occur to me to police a CarPro dealer. I have confidence in Jerry Reynolds the CarPro, and process. Did we get a CarPro Deal? I hope we did.
The 2018 Honda Pilot I purchased fromThisCar had a low fuel light, which the dealer fixed. They also provided me a loaner vehicle, while they repaired the Pilot. This I greatly appreciated.

We had a FANTASTIC experience working with Veronika Fitzgerald at THIScar in Houston. We were looking to sell our 2013 Toyota Highlander. Veronika and THIScar were VERY easy to work with, and were extremely communicative about every step of the process, and they were fair to the point of being generous with their offer for our vehicle. Between inspection, paperwork and walking out with a check in my hands I was there less than an hour... and she even drove me home when I couldn't arrange for a ride after the sale. STELLAR service, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Was connected to a CarPro Acquisition Dept person who gave me a value range on my trade-in. Then was contacted by THIScar person to find an Explorer. Worked thru negotiations with Kimberly Hawk who was always available and explained the on-line process since I had never done it before. Wiring process with my bank was worse than a root canal but everyone at THIScar was patient. Explorer is now coming from CA so we are not yet finished with the process.

Working with them to sell my car was super easy. They gave me a quote and let me think about it, then they followed up a few days later. Once I decided to sell it they sent a driver out to pick it up and wired me the funds the next day. Easiest transaction ever!!

Their ad said the car was a Hellcat Redeye, but the pictures showed a speedometer up to 200MPH, which made it just a Hellcat, as Redeyes go up to 220MPH! When I pointed this out to them, they suddenly 'just sold the car'. Not very professionsl if you ask me.

Hi Greg. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. When you pointed out that our system mistakenly labeled it as a Redeye, we pulled it down so we could correct the problem with the listing language. When we pull a vehicle offline, the system marks it as sold. No shenanigans here, just a little confusion from a software glitch. Thank you for pointing it out. It turns out the problem was with several listings so your reaching out was very helpful

Overall the process was speedy and convenient. I am however not sure I would make use of this service again. The vehicle was found to be damaged when received at THIScar's facility in Tomball and this damage was not shown in the pictures on the website withTHIScar assuming a take-it-or-leave it approach.

As one of the last steps before we ship a vehicle to any customer, we go over the vehicles VERY thoroughly and if we find anything, we disclose any nick, ding, scratch, etc. before it ships in an effort to be as transparent as possible.
