I bought my first Hyundai via the CarPro VIP program 6 years ago with Sandee and this current experience was just as seamless and pleasant as the first time around. Within minutes of my initial submission Sandee reached out to me with options for the vehicle I was looking for...and options for financing. I made my selection and less than a week later my new vehicle had arrived, received the promised dealer add-ons and I drove it home! Transaction was quick and easy and I'm thrilled with my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited!

We used CarPro, but I also was looking online before I got the email and was texted by Jim Piluski. We visited the dealer, so we asked for him--we had not yet seen the email from the CarPro at the dealership. Having already talked with another Hyundai dealer, we realized that there weren't that many cars out there and we might not get our choice in model or color. We found they had several 2020 white Sonatas that had been loaner cars. We were able to get the model and color and interior color that we wanted. The final price seemed fair and I was able to get the military and loan discount. It was a very pleasant experience and didn't take too long to accomplish.

Although there were few Sonata's available, it was a pleasant experience. There was one thing I'd ask them to improve and that is in the finance department. For some reason they've changed the paper process and it takes quite a while and the customer winds up with more papers than previously when things were printed onto NCR forms. We also had to call the next day to get the additional pages of additional warranties purchased where we had only received page one. Everything else was great.

Was a no nonsense car buying experience! Sandee was very helpful and kind. I did not feel pressured and it was an enjoyable experience. The dealership was forthcoming with all the information I needed, made sure I understood all I needed to, and upfront and transparent about pricing. My wife and I were looking for a used car for out teenage son who just graduated High School. Stumbled across a used Hyundai Elantra on Saturday. Sunday my father-in-law said check out the prices on the new Elantra's at a non-Car Pro dealer. The rebates were ending on Monday. Went to that dealership Monday morning. Checked out the demo Elantra. Great price but not correct colors.<br><br>Came back to the house. Checked out the nearest Car Pro Hyundai Dealer. It was Freeman. Submitted a request to them. Called Sandee Jimenez at Freeman. Explained my story. She said that is a really good price on the demo car but to be careful with that dealer. They have had many customers come from that dealer, to them, upset. <br><br>That night my wife and I go to sign for the demo car at the non-Car Pro dealer. The experienced was really bad. My wife heard other customers also not being treated right in the show room. Left that dealer without signing for the car. <br><br>Tuesday afternoon I stopped by Freeman to look at an Elantra I saw on their website. Met Sandee and told her she was right. We had a very bad experience at the other dealer.<br><br>Explained I wanted to look at certain Elantra on her lot but I know the rebates have come off. The car on the site did not have all the pictures like the other Elantra cars. She said they received it on a trade with another dealer in the area. She got the keys within seconds and the car was right outside the door. It had the colors we wanted and features. I looked at the manufactured date. It was March 8th. The same day my father passed away. This car was not shipped to Freeman from the factory but was traded for. I knew this was a blessing from heaven. It was meant to be.<br><br>We kept taking. Sandee said the manufacture rebates came back on that morning that went away yesterday. Also she gave me more off the sticker than advertised since I was a Car Pro customer. The deal felt right. She showed me around the dealership. All the people were so nice. She explained all the benefits of Hyundaiss warranty and what perks Freeman does for their customers. I went home with this information and let my wife know the great details. <br><br>Our son got back from his 5 day senior class trip on Thursday and we took him to Freeman to look at this car. He liked it too. Sandee answered all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with. <br><br>We met with Jesse in finance. It was a very pleasant experience signing for the car. He made it fun and enjoyable.<br><br>My wife did state buying this car was a very nice and pleasant experience. Nothing like the other night. <br><br>This is the second Car Pro dealer we bought a car from. She has liked both experiences as have I. Thank you Jerry (and Kevin) for setting up this site and company for customers looking to buy a vehicle. It is nice to know we can go to the top dealers in the area and get treated right and fair.

At first she didn’t think the car I wanted was available but she went and rechecked as a new group had come in. Boom. She had one. She then thoroughly explained all the features and all the bells and whistles. She had things approved and had us in and out in an hour. We were so impressed with the whole experience. I recommend her HIGHLY!!!!!!!

I called Sandee and told her I was interested in a Elantra. She quickly told me that there were not any on the lot. I gave her the model I wished to purchase and she said she would call when one came in. She did not offer to let me order one and seemed rushed to get off of the phone. Long story short, I went to Classic Kia in Carrolllton and purchased a Forte. I enjoy your program and brought my previous truck using the carpro show at Freeman GMC. I'm guessing she had a bad day.

We have so many people getting mad at us for not having the vehicle they are looking for….it’s been so hard on everyone with the situation we are in..I wish things were different. Technically we can’t order vehicles from Hyundai. We can put them on our priority list and if we have one that comes available we can call the customer.. but we have so many people on our list…

I went to a closer dealership to test drive a Hyundai Sonata N-Line and got all the usual dealership trickery. The salesman was nice enough, but there wasn't a hint of sincerity to be found. I loved the car, so I contacted Sandee at Freeman Hyundai, told her I was a devout CarProUSA listener, and said I downloaded a certificate. I told her about the car I wanted and she sent me price. I saw it, but didn't quite believe it. I briefly texted the salesman from the other dealership and asked him what he thought of the price and whether he'd like to compete for my business. He sent back an email basically stating that the price Freeman offered was too good to be true, and that when they finished with me, there would be several add-ons that would bring the price right back up to what he could offer me. Well, guess what, Sandee was telling the absolute truth, the price she offered was the price I got. No add-ons, no drawn out appointment at the dealer, no pushy financing agent, nothing like that. Just an honest car buying transaction at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with my purchase and just as happy with the experience I got at Freeman Hyundai. Thank you so much, Jerry, for creating the CarPro car buying program. Couldn't be more grateful or pleased!

Very helpful, the vehicle I wanted was sold before I could get there. Wasn't too impressed I only was going to save $500.00 going to a car pro dealer, it's not worth it to me to drive 50 miles away to the nearest car pro dealer to save that little.

Again, Freeman preformed with excellence. I have over the decades helped others find their perfect car purchases. Sandee had me talk with Daisy in preloved cars. I able to help a young lady get into a Mazda 3 Sport, Zoom Zoom. She is so happy and yes Freeman, again, stepped up and we got the deal down for her, who was without a car because hers had died weeks ago and depended on others to get her around. I can't tell you how much I appreciate and love the Freeman family, both actual and the dealerships I have used all of them and a person can't find a better place, maybe equal but non better. We worked with Erica at the Freeman Hyundai and Mazda dealership. She was excellent even though she didn’t have a Palisade on the lot she did find a used one and allowed us to test drive that. We then went over to look at the Mazda CX-9 where she helped us as well. We liked the Palisade and it met our needs but they didn’t have one coming in until the end of October. We did put a hold on that one., but we were able to find another vehicle that met our needs at another Car Pro dealer much quicker. Still we would highly recommend the folks at Freeman Hyundai and Mazda

The CarPro contact was great and tried all she could to help, However with the vehicle build and shortage, along with dealer trades being cancelled she was unable to secure a unit within the time frame permitted by insurance rental termination date. Thank You..CR.

Talked to Sandee Jimenez on a Monday morning around 9:30 am. She had the Santa Cruz I was looking for in stock. Drove 100 miles made it to the dealership by noon. Sandee is a wonderful lady to deal with. Everything went smooth. Left with my new ride by 2:30, home by 4:20. Love the vehicle - best buying experience ever.

I tried several Hyundai dealerships in the DFW area to find a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Few dealers had cars on the lot and those that did, had up charges for dealer add on and $5000 for “supply and demand.” So, I got on the CarPro website and reviewed their preferred dealers and saw that Sandee at Freeman Hyundai was the only dealer mentioned. I completed the VIP form and was soon contacted by Sandee Jimenez. She assured me that Freeman Hyundai never charges for dealer add ons and does not sell above MSRP. She advised that they would be receiving a vehicle within 2 days that would meet my specifications. I visited the dealership the next day and and consummated the deal. I got a good price for my trade-in, did not pay for any add-ons, and got a great rate on financing. Two days later I took delivery on my vehicle and couldn’t be happier. Thanks to CarPro, Freeman Hyundai and Sandee Jimenez for giving the VIP experience.

Was looking for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid which they did not have (no dealerships in the US seem to have them yet). Test drove a non-hybrid 2022 Tucson with Sandee and she was very friendly and informative regarding the car. Sandee noted my name and contact info and said she would let me know when some of the hybrids were coming in.

Lauren was great though we only had made contact by phone. She was responsive and informative and continued to follow up with us after the initial contact. It was evident just over the phone it would be a much different and much better car buying experience than what we've had in the past. <br>We never made it in to the Freeman Hyundai dealership and we eventually decided the Toyota Highlander was a better fit for us so we went to Freeman Toyota.

Very responsive in accommodating requested appointment time by Sandy. Manager Trent Boe, reached out to us to welcome and assure an informed visit. Everyone we encountered at this dealership went the extra mile. We actually came back at a later date to test drive a different model vehicle & each time it was pulled up and ready for us to go. The time spent was efficient & informative but we did not choose to purchase a Hyundai

Sandee Jimenez at Freeman Hyundai in Irving was outstanding from the first contact to the final purchase. She gave us a very good price after our test drive and did not pressure us at all. Sandee kept in contact with us but gave us time to decide what would be best for us. We did purchase a new Santa Fe SEL about a week after our test drive. Sandee knows her stuff and is very good at it. She was so easy to communicate with.

We received excellent service. They were always available to answer any questions. The always responded quickly to anything we asked. We leased a 2020 Honda Pilot AWD and we love it.
