Mark Reiland was very helpful and personable. I found a truck that met my needs. It was a pleasure working with him.

Mark responded quickly, asking why CarPro referred me to his Chevy dealership to buy a new Toyota! I wondered the same thing. More investigation on the CarPro site revealed the nearest Carpro Toyota dealer to Austin is in San Antonio - over a 2 hour drive. (Are all the Toyota dealerships in Austin really that bad?) But this is about Mark and his Chevy dealership. I let Mark know what I was looking for in a Toyota, and he promised to contact me if he ran across any late-model used ones that met my needs. Under the circumstances, that's the best one could expect.

Mark was very helpful. He showed the Traverse I was interested in seeing. As Jerry Reynolds indicated when I talked with him on the previous Saturday, the seats were a little more firm the I would like. They did not have a Buick Enclave on the lot. So I did not see one of those. I will need to go to a Buick dealer when I am in a better position to purchase. I learned that my trade-in was not worth as much as I had anticipated. So I am putting off a purchase for a little while.

I ended up with a lease which Jennifer really worked to get the monthly cost down on a 2020 Tahoe. Marcus is the VIP contact and did well! I never got to meet Dan Covert.

Although I did not purchase the truck I was inquiring about. I was treated very well and felt like the salesman was always upfront with everything and was very helpful. I live in Lubbock and was treated as though I was right there in Hutto. They were willing to deliver the truck to me even which was very nice. I highly recommend this dealership.

Fastest car buying process I've ever had. I had credit issues, but Mark was able to work a deal and get me into a new SUV (well when it arrives...lol). I'm not crazy with the fact that I had to pay above sticker price, but I guess that part is good for the sales people. Mark was friendly, polite, called me back when he said he would and kept me informed through the process. I didn't have to go the dealership until I signed the papers, and when I did, I was there for less than an hour. That was probably the best part of the entire process. I will never buy another car again without using CarProUSA! It is the only way to buy a vehicle.

Best experience ever at a dealership. Mark Reiland emailed us right away after I submitted the form. I told him that we were interested in a used Corvette and he immediately sent us a great option in our price range. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and the car was ready and waiting for my test drive. Mark was extremely friendly, helpful, and never pressured us in any way. My wife and I drove away that day in a beautiful 2016 Corvette Stingray and could not be happier. There was an issue getting the proper temp tag and Mark gave us a tag he already had that was just good for one day, so we could drive home. The next day he sent a driver to my house, which was an hour away, to bring the temp tag that we needed. Exceptional service. Now I will always buy vehicles the CarPro way.

Covert Chevrolet Hutto- After experiencing several setbacks not created by the dealership Yesterday afternoon it was decided by the management team to sell me a 2021 Equinox with 4 miles at a greatly discounted price. <br>Chad worked very hard to find and provide me with the greatest vehicle I have ever owned. The entire Covert Team is well oriented on customers. I am a 31 yr Army Veteran I know what great teams look like and this team demonstrated quality professional care.

Craig Martinez did an excellent job, he was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase we made. Everyone at Coverts was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great while at the dealership, and our salesperson Josh was really good, he answered all our questions and concerns about a 2019 Chevy Blazer, we were just a little apart on price!!

He was transparent with purchase price details, so I feel very good about the price I paid for the new vehicle. Yes, as a matter of fact, I did. This was my first attempt at using this program/system and I must say, it sucks. Seriously. I could not make it out on the day I had scheduled with Mark. So it was rescheduled for this past Sunday, December 19 I believe. He said that he would set aside the truck on the lot, actually his exact words were “he would hide it on thew lot, in the back”and save it for us. No I do understand it’s first come first serve but, that’s not what he said. If that’s not the way it was then he should never said it. Anyways, We would meet on Sunday morning. When we walked in on Sunday morning truck had been test driven by another couple. And in the process of filling out a credit app. For the truck that was supposedly hidden in the back of a lot for us. Again his words, not mine. So much for hiding the truck. Anyways, the other couple were approved and got the truck. Later that evening I received an email from Mark. It showed five trucks that I would possibly be interested in. I emailed him on a couple of the trucks that I like and then early Monday morning, December 20. I texted him with another truck that would work for me. I was informed that the truck and already been taken to auction but he would get back to me on the other two trucks. I haven’t heard a word from him since. I will not return to Covert Chevrolet or Covert Ford. I don’t care what they do. Unfortunately there are no other Ford dealers around the Austin area that I have found. Just Mark. Just Covert. I am disappointed. I still like Jerry and Kevin and will still listen to the show but I’m not sure if I will use the program again. Tim Conner Sr

In this market, cars are sold at a rapid rate. I knew this truck would sell quickly, so I tried to arrange an appointment on Friday for this customer. Unfortunately, he was unable to visit us before Sunday morning. I informed him that we had several appointments booked for that truck later that day, and after his appointment time, the truck would be offered to other customers. The customer was an hour late, and during this time, we sold the truck to another customer. When he arrived, he did not seem overly surprised that the truck had been sold.

Mark was very upfront and honest regarding what the situations are with vehicle availability. I spent 3.5 hours at the dealership from the time I got there to the time I left. Have spent over 5 hours in past years to buy a car. They worked for me to get me within the payment range I was comfortable with and am extremely happy with my Chevy Trail Boss.

It appears that many people use Sundays to shop for cars. My first impression of the lot: limited quantity of vehicles.<br>The email I received from Brenda, internet sales manager, gave me detailed information and a time to meet. She met me at the prescribed time and turned me over to Chad, a salesperson. We went to his office and talked about the Covert model of sales service and follow up. We then discussed what I was looking for in price and type of vehicle. He quickly pulled up the available vehicles that fit my request, and he showed me a recently received SUV. Met my expectations. Within an hour, all paperwork was completed. The flow of customers and the way salespersons met and escorted them was exceptional. Chad was great. No pressure and guided the sales process well.

Excellent service! Definitely will buy from here again and give referrals.

This car buying experience was not that much different from ones in my past. Spent over 3 hours at the dealership to close the deal and had to make several trips back to get paint touch up and redo the lease due to mistakes made during the original deal. Dealership should have given the Corvette a good looking over to find paint flaws and fix them before presenting it to me. I had given them advanced notice that I was interested in THAT Corvette and thought they would have had it ready. Was hoping for a better experience by using the Car Pro Show program.
