Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."
Remedy
Dealers will replace the side curtain air bags, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 14, 2026. "At Graco, the safety of children and the trust of parents and caregivers are at the heart of everything we do. We are conducting a voluntary recall of select SnugRide Turn & Slide products due to a structural issue identified during a post-production laboratory test.
This recall affects a limited number of SnugRide Turn & Slide products sold in the United States from January 2026 through March 2026 at Amazon, Babylist, Target, Walmart and on GracoBaby.com. No other Graco rotating car seats are affected, including EasyTurn and Turn2Me. No other SnugRide models are affected.

The front passenger seat may have insufficient clearance between the seat frame and the stopper that can cause the Occupant Classification System (OCS) sensor to incorrectly detect the occupant. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Remedy
