**BMW**

CRASH RISK

Summary

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022-2025 i4, 2022-2024 IX, 2023-2024 I7, and 2024 I5 vehicles. The electric drive motor software may shut down the high-voltage system, causing a loss of drive power.

Remedy

The electric drive motor software will be updated over-the-air (OTA) or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 5, 2025. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.

**CHRYSLER**

Summary

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the side curtain air bags, as necessary free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed June 30, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's numbers for this recall are 06C, 54C, 55C.

Notes

The manufacturer is petitioning NHTSA for a determination that this matter is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety. The manufacturer is not obligated to conduct an owner notification and remedy campaign until NHTSA has resolved this petition. If the petition is denied, the manufacturer will be notified and must then undertake its notification and remedy campaign obligations.

**JEEP**

Summary

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Grand Cherokee L vehicles. The blower motor may fail, which can cause the defrosting and defogging system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the blower motor, as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 8, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 49C.

**KIA**

Summary

Kia America, Inc. (Kia) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Niro EV vehicles. The circuit board for the rearview camera may become damaged and cause the rearview camera image not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Remedy

Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 19, 2025. Owners may contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542. Kia's number for this recall is SC342.

**LINCOLN**

Summary

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Aviator vehicles. The rear door window bars and C-pillar trim may have insufficient adhesive bonding, which can allow the trim to detach from the vehicle.

Remedy

Dealers will repair or replace C-pillar appliques and window division bars, free of charge. Owner notification letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed July 28, 2025. Second letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Ford Customer Service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S66.

**SUBARU**

Subaru of America, Inc. (Subaru) is recalling certain 2025 Forester vehicles. The child seat anchor bolts may have been improperly tightened, allowing the bolts to come loose.

Dealers will inspect the child seat anchor bolts and, if necessary, tighten the bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 15, 2025. Owners may contact Subaru customer service at 1-844-373-6614. Subaru's number for this recall is WRC-25.
