The Toyota Crown Signia is receiving a few updates for the 2027 model year. They include new standard features for the Limited grade and a new exterior paint color.  The lineup will roll into dealerships later this year starting from $44,890 for the XLE grade and $51,155 for the Limited, excluding Delivery, Processing and Handling.

New for 2027

For 2027, a new “Inked” dark black exterior paint color joins the Crown Signia's color palette and replaces the previous black.

Additionally, the previously optional Advanced Technology Package will now be standard on the Limited model. It includes a panoramic view monitor, lane change assist, traffic jam assist, front cross-traffic alert, outside mirrors with puddle lights and reverse tilt-down feature

Style

The 2027 Crown Signia features a monochromatic grille, wide fenders and color-matched design elements. The Limited grade is treated to 21-inch 7-spoke wheels and an available two-tone paint option that pairs a black with colors including Storm Cloud, Oxygen White, Finish Line Red, or Bronze Age.

A 60/40 second-row fold-flat seat design allows for a 6.5-foot-long cargo area, with over 68 cubic feet of storage space when seats are folded flat.

Standard lineup features include a 12.3-inch infotainment system, wireless charging, and heated outboard 2nd row seats. The Limited adds things like an 11-speaker JBL sounds system,  digital rearview mirror and a fixed panoramic sunroof.

Hybrid Performance and AWD

The Crown Signia is powered by a 238-horsepower hybrid engine that pairs a 2.5-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine paired with a hybrid transaxle and a bi-polar Nickel Metal Hydride battery.  Electronic On-Demand All Wheel Drive (AWD) is standard. Toyota says a rear-mounted electric motor provides power to the rear wheels when needed allowing for precise driving force distribution between 100:0 and 20:80, enhancing both fuel efficiency and driving dynamics.

Safety

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0. is standard on both grades and includes Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Tracing Assist.
