Stellantis is celebrating America's 250th birthday with a new massive building wrap on its U.S. headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The wrap is part of the company's year-long celebration of America's Semiquincentennial as the official automotive partner of America250, the national nonpartisan organization in charge of commemoration efforts.
The new "America Made Us" building wrap measures more than 15,293 square feet and covers 10 floors. It features an American flag, its four iconic American brands, and photography by world-renowned portrait photographer Platon.
"From city streets to open highways to off-road trails, America and its people have fueled Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram with purpose, passion and possibility,” said Olivier Francois, global CMO, Stellantis. “As we celebrate this historic milestone with America250, this installation by acclaimed photographer Platon at our U.S. headquarters stands as a tribute to the spirit of a nation and the people who inspire everything we create.”
Platon, based in New York City, has photographed more world leaders than anyone else in history, including six American presidents. He's also photographed more than 30 covers for TIME and published five books of his work. He's also won a Peabody Award and two National Magazine Awards for his photo essays.
“When I was presented with the opportunity to help celebrate this country’s 250th birthday, I couldn’t help but reflect on the words ‘America Made Us,’ which truly define the essence of my own journey,” said Platon. “One of my first breaks as an aspiring photographer in New York was helping to launch George, the magazine founded by John F. Kennedy Jr. He set me on a path I had only ever before dreamed of walking, making this initiative feel like a true full-circle moment for me.”

Stellantis' "America Made Us" initiative launched last May. Over the past year, each of its four iconic U.S. brands, Ram, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler have played a central role in the yearlong America250 celebration. Stellantis says that has included providing a fleet of vehicles for America250 official events across the country.

In recent months, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram have also each revealed limited-edition A250 vehicles to commemorate the yearlong celebration. They include a Captain America-themed Jeep Wrangler model in partnership with Marvel Comics and a special series of 2026 Ram 1500 America250 pickups.
