Well that's a hard no from me. This is something I would never recommend. Vehicles with a rebuilt title are former salvage vehicles previously deemed a total loss, then repaired and cleared by an inspection so they can return to the road. But trust me, some rebuilders will cut every possible corner. Also they are sometimes impossible to insure and finance.
