Well, that depends if you're talking new or used. In my opinion there is never a good time to buy a "NEW" EV due to massive depreciation. So if you're going new, always lease. Meanwhile, yes it's a great time to buy slightly used. Lease returns mean plenty of availability and great prices, too. Jut make sure check used EV battery health and warranty terms.
