A:   It starts with walking into a dealership with the right mindset. Don't walk in ready to do battle. Walk in prepared by doing your research - but know reputable dealers like my CarPro Certified Dealers - aren't out to get you. Also don't make the mistake of being hyper-focused on the vehicle's price. Because it's not always the best overall deal. Always focus on the out-the-door price, with fees and add-ons, not the MRSP an monthly payments.
