February 2023 U.S. Auto Sales Results

As you know, not all automakers report sales on a monthly basis anymore.  We will get a complete picture of the first quarter of 2023 after the close of March business.

Industry analysts who estimated sales of all manufacturers rose 9.5% last month, as compared to February 2022.  Total sales were estimated to be 928,000 in February 2023.

IMG_0487-1Kia America reports record-breaking February sales with five models reaching their best-ever February totals.

Of the car companies that report sales monthly, all except Honda and Toyota saw increases from February 2022.  As I continue to tell you on the CarPro Radio Show, Honda and Toyota continue to struggle with supply chain shortages.

IMG_0483Subaru reports its best-ever February for the Crosstrek and WRX, with the Crosstrek the brand's top performer by volume.
