Jerry.. You helped me last March in Ohio with Klaben.... I did the 30,000 mile a year lease (2020 Ram Laramie) Klaben was great! My 20 year old son Jack left for Huntington Beach out of high school. He works for Prince Charters as a mate and boat manager. They do ash burials, weddings at sea, etc.. His 2010 Impala, was not big enough for all of his tools, gear and surfboards. Jim Feinstein hooked us up! All through texts and phone, with my son present with Jim, and me in Ohio. He treated my son with patience and care! We bought a 2012 Nissan Quest with 79,000 miles. For around 12k ..plus a two year warranty which I requested...Jim did not push it. Its a loaded beautiful vehicle, plenty large enough for all of Jacks gear....He LOVES it!! Wayne.

I live in Arizona, and the nearest Car Pro dealer was in Southern Cal. I plan on traveling to SoCal soon, so I contacted Huntington Beach Mazda. I received my Certificate and e-mailed Jim Feinstein. Ozzy contacted me and informed me that with the restrictions under the California DMV it was difficult to finance a car with an out of state buyer, due to the problems with an out of state lienholder. He did give me a typical price level for the vehicle I was looking for, however, and an opinion on a reasonable dealer discount. Even though I wasn't going to buy the car through this dealer, I thought that was really great that he would at least give me some ideas.

Quick and easy negotiation for lease on CX5 Mazda, would buy from HB Mazda and use CarProUSA again.

After visiting two Mazda dealerships, and putting much effort into shopping for a new CX-30, I went onto the CarProUSA website and located my closest "certified dealer" which was Huntington Beach Mazda - which also has a close association with Tustin Mazda. I placed a call to Jim Feinstein and told him what I wanted and he asked me what price he needed to be at to get my business - he got my business. I also found out during my phone call with Jim that because this vehicle was a brand new model, and was just released to the dealers one month ago, his dealership had one of the only two available silver/black CX-30's in Southern California, so my doing business with Jim and Huntington Beach Mazda was a certainty. Omar Jasso's help me with the paperwork and then gave me unlimited time to help me understand everything there was to know about this vehicles features and available technology. Let me also mention that the car that I had been driving had been totaled in a accident and that Steve Murga in the finance department was extremely helpful and understanding as I was forced to juggle some money around to complete the purchase. Since my purchase I have received three follow-up calls from members of the dealership to ask if I everything was okay with the vehicle, if I had any questions, and to offer their phone numbers if I needed any help in the future. My car buying experience could not have been any more pleasant than it was dealing with them. My wife is in the hunt for another vehicle and depending upon what brand she chooses, we will once again use CarProUSA in our search for a dealership.

Both Eric and Joe did a great job helping me find the right car at the right price. My purchase started on July 3 with a preliminary look at some used Mazda3 vehicles. On July 4th I drove a new 2019 Mazda3. Wow. This car is for my son who is moving out of a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. He is going to love this car. I purchased the preferred trim and it has everything he needs and the price was good. Eric and his manager meet the quote that sealed the deal without a lot of bs. Good marks all around for this team.
